Wayne and Basial are a must hire. They were very persistence in pinpointing and detecting exactly where our leak was which it was 6 feet under ground in our garage. These two brothers where very persistence in excavating a large hole, soldering the copperline and checking to make sure we did have any other leaks. They are reasonably honest, and trustworthy. I have used this company on two occasions first of all the office manager may be the most unfriendly person I've ever talk to you secondly I had to call them back to fix what was originally fixed which they claim or two separate issues both pipes are connected to one another and the plumber made the comment that somebody previous to that had placed silicone in the pipe to stop it from leaking when I tried to address that with the office manager I was told it was two separate issues which I am almost 100% sure it is it do not use this company that is my opinion I don't feel they are above board at all

Job was completed but I feel I was overcharged as my quote was between $135-225. And was charged $350 for them to snake my drain, I checked and other companies in the area charge up to $225 for this service. Also they were over an hour late after I was told they were on their way

I have used Larkin Plumbing for many years and they have always done a great job for me. The plumber who came to fix 3 small jobs recently (toilet and two issues with faucets for my sinks) fixed them all and explained everything to me. He also took the time to look at what was wrong with my Whirlpool jet tub. It will be an easy and relatively inexpensive fix at the pump when the broken piece is purchased. He was honest, helpful, patient and offered the most economical solution to fixing the problems. Thank you to Larkin for your outstanding service for me for many years.

Arrived on time, explained the work to be done and how long it would take. Completed the project on time and exactly as estimated. Showed me the finished work and explained it again. Friendly and professional staff. This team works well and quickly.

On a Monday night, my husband noticed that our water heater had a little water leaking from the top. I researched plumbers relatively near us and reached out to four to schedule evaluations and estimates for repair or replacement. MC Plumbing responded within minutes and scheduled a next-day evaluation.

On the day of the evaluation, I received a text with the name, picture, and ETA of the team member. Fernando arrived by the ETA, and he got right to it, checked out the unit, and confirmed that we did indeed need to replace our 13-year old water heater. He told us the estimated cost. Moments after he left, I received a text with a link to the detailed estimate. It was the second lowest that we received, but the bidder for the lowest had not come to our house to evaluate the situation; they just sent an estimate through email, and theirs wasn't all that much lower.

After reviewing the estimates we received, I contacted MC Plumbing to schedule. On the day of installation, MC Plumbing texted me to let me know that Fernando was on the way. Like before, the text included his name, picture, and ETA. He and his assistant, Robert, arrived on time, greeted me, explained what they would be doing, and advised how long the work would take. They confirmed that I was ready for the water to be shut off for the duration. Then, they got to it. When they were done, they showed me the completed project and pointed out upgrades (like the pan underneath the unit) to bring the water heater up to code.

The final price was exactly as estimated. These two were friendly and professional. I will definitely call on MC Plumbing again when we need a plumber.

I had a cracked coupling on the main pipe leading into the septic tank, which is a scary thing for me. I was sent a technician to assess the problem and give me an estimate; and another technician to do the actual repair - Sam Cuvin. At first meeting, Sam is friendly and professional. He was masked. I watched Sam work and had questions along the way, and Sam graciously provided answers. He explained what he was doing as he worked which was a great learning for me. I'm very pleased with Sam's knowledge and the service he provided. I'm sure I'll use Sin City Plumbing again.
