Jose with Anytime Plumbing just finished installing a recirculating pump on my water heater. From the moment I met Jose, he was a true professional. He explained my options clearly and returned today and installed the new pump. He left the work area very clean, and explained how the pump works. He also advised me to have someone check my water softener on a yearly basis, something I didn't realize. I feel he, and Anytime Plumbing, gave me value at more than my final investment. I would highly recommend Jose and Anytime Plumbing to anyone looking for a good plumber.

Extremely disappointing, very expensive but without premium care or service, customer is not always right, just avoid. Read below if you need more context:Hired Blue Apple to install exhaust fans in very small bathrooms for $620.00. During the ‘consultation’ I wanted professional advice on which kind of fan and entrusted them to select a fan than was a middle-of-the-road solution to pump out air/odor from both bathrooms. The fans they installed are some cheap and do not rid the bathrooms of any condensation from the shower which is really what I needed them for.I even had a follow-up appointment where another technician came out to my house because I said that the fans weren’t pulling out any air and he said that they turn on and he doesn’t see a problem. The fans turning on was never the problem, it’s that they don’t move air. His solution was to pay to have new fans installed. Why would I pay the same company twice when I have zero confidence in their abilities? Unluckily for them, I have a ton of electrical work that my house needs and have friends all moving into homes across the city that I will tell to avoid this company.Basically, their solution to my problem was not a solution and their customer satisfaction is nonexistent. Not to mention, after paying a premium for these fans to be installed (which was truly my mistake), I expected them to work properly and for the two guys who completed the job to at least clean up the insulation that fell out of the ceiling.Sorry guys but you really dropped the ball and lost any future business I would’ve pushed your way. Customer service is still important and you are in the business of providing solutions, which in my case you did not do.

They did a great job of repiping our manufactured home. Jayson gave us a thorough explanation of what the job would entail. The price was fair when we compared with other estimates. The technicians were friendly and competent. We would definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.

Been fighting with my home warranty and their sketchy local vendor for a week trying to get my leaking water heater replaced. Finally went through Home Advisor (11 p.m. Thursday evening) and got connected with Clear Plumbing. They responded quickly and scheduled an appointment. I had a plumber here at 10:30 Friday morning. A couple of hours later, I finally have hot water again. Definitely a life saver.
