I would recommend this company above anyone else. Zach was wonderful. I couldn't work the thermostat they came and showed me how. They are truly sincere in trying to figure out what the problem is and fix it the best way possible without trying to charge to much. Thank you Techcool for working with me so well.

The work was done by Eternal Plumbing Solutions was not only done on time but one day ahead of schedule. The lead plumber Zack was both professional and most knowledgeable. I had them replace the major water intake pipe taping into the city line to my home. When they were done with there job, my yard looked just like no trench was ever made. I got a total of four quotes from other companies, and they were the most reasonable. I never hire a contractor without checking references and reviews. They received all five-starts reviews when I checked. Recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. I know I will be using them again.

We had a water heater go suddenly on a weekday evening. We called Anytime and discussed issue. Estimate for replacement was given, a confirmation call followed shortly after the first call with information on our repair technician. Jose showed up, we discussed issue and he went right to work. A job that I figured would take 2-3 hours was wrapped up in less than 2. Jose was very professional and in my 14 years of living in the valley, this was the best I've seen. Very happy with the work and recommend these folks for all your plumbing problems. Can't praise Jose and the company enough.Thanks for your service. You've got my business as long as I live here!

Mike with Simply Air is God Sent and my family cannot thank him enough! It's Sunday over 100 degrees outside and changing our Thermostat our A/C shut down. After trying everything to get going we started calling every A/C Service in the Las Vegas Valley and no one had a Tech available. Then Mike called and I told him exactly what happened and he immediately knew it was a blown fuse in the attic portion of the A/c. Mike stayed on the phone with me as I took the panel off and there was the blown fuse. Minutes later I replaced the fuse and the A/C came on. This is true Customer Service and someone who cares about helping and not just money. WE CANNOT THANK HIM ENOUGH AND SIMPLY AIR HAS ALL OUR FUTURE BUSINESS! If you have an A/C, Heating or Plumbing problem this is the company you want to use! THANK YOU MIKE!

on Yelp! Received a very reasonable estimate from Anthony. A week later had him and Josue install a new toilet with a new angle stop valve & supply line in my guest bathroom! Had Anthony do a walk through of my home and look at other concerns that I had. Never tried to over sell me on work that was in question! After having another company try and blindside me. Very professional and honest!!! Look forward to using them again for my other two bathrooms & kitchen sink! Great job guy's!!!

The $30 service inspection and water heater purge is worth it, but they are otherwise extremely overpriced. Wanted $6500 to replace a main water line, but found a different company that charged $1900 with a 20 year warranty. In other words, very beatable prices.

Very nice tech came to diagnose a leaking pipe--he gets the 2 stars. So $49.95 is the charge for the visit alone--there is no free estimate. Ok fine, I can live with that I guess. The plumber told me that the two pieces of leaking pipe became detached and needed glued and would take him 2 mins. $260.00. REALLY!?!? Highway robbery. I said no thanks, went to Lowe's, spent $4.16, applied glue, reattached pipes, and done. I understand being a profitable business, but charging almost $300 for a 2 minute job is absurd and insulting.

Beware of Pure Plumbing’s technicians lack of knowledge and up selling you!We did not receive the correct diagnosis on our hot water tank issue. There was no due diligence in looking at all potential issues as to why we were not receiving hot water into our home. Within two minutes of an initial review, the technician immediately offered to replace the hot water tank. The original hot water tank was only two years old. We were desperate because we were without hot water for a couple of days and with two toddlers in the house, we had no options. After the new install and after spending over $1300, the water was still cold. It was then that the technician informed us we had a mixing valve above the water tank that might be the issue. After spending another $400, to remove the mixing valve, our family finally had hot water. We feel that the the original two year old hot water tank did not have to be removed. We definitely feel like we got a bad deal or worse.Please be knowledgeable about your hot water tank and all the parts connected to your tank. We didn’t know and we were naive to think Pure Plumbing had our best interests in mind. We will never use them again and we will tell everyone we know about this nightmare service.
