TechCool got me an installation of Las Vegas water heater in free estimates.

This company is outstanding, excellent quality of work and great people to work with, I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

We needed someone to come out for our heating system to give an estimate on repair or a new unit. Joshua showed up in the time that was suggested and very professional and courteous. It was after dark, he checked out the whole unit took pictures explained all of the problems. Joshua was very knowledgeable with the heating system. We also spoke to his boss Steve once the pics were sent to him. Steve was also very professional and courteous. I would recommend this company to anyone needing heating and ac service. My husband and I are extremely happy with service tech Joshua.

I had a new unit installed in our casita. It was a mini-split wall mount indoor unit. The representative was Joseph Moss that sold us the unit. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He answered all of our questions and had a good attitude the whole time. He explained everything about the new unit. He gave me a card to call him if I had any other questions before or after the installation. I read the booklet that came with the new unit and I had questions regarding the information in the booklet and Joseph answered all of the questions. I called the office to review all of the information in regard to warranties and permits. They take care of all of the paperwork. They also have a great service agreement after the sale; they cover the cost of twice yearly service check ups for the unit they installed. In talking to the office; I talked to Dominic; and he stated that the free service agreements were good until 2030.

Jaime Villegas installed the unit. He covered everything inside with plastic. He did not scratch or get dirty anything he came in contact with. The unit on the wall was installed and was perfectly level. The outside unit he tied down to the cement pad so it could not be moved. He painted the gutter through which the electrical wiring, refrigeration pipes, and condensation pipe passed through. The gutter paint matched the color of the outside wall. Jaime explained the operation of the unit; and how to use the remote to run the unit. Jaime was very patient and knowledgeable during this whole process.

This was a second unit that Alaskan Heating and Air has installed for us. They also installed a new unit in the main house.

I met with Chris and he was very helpful in walking me through the house and pointing things out or commenting about various things that I might want to consider. Ended the meeting with some estimates for a few minor things but no major work needed, luckily. I felt that I could trust his judgment and opinion regarding the things we went over. I'd be glad to call them again for services.

Update 02/19/18 - Had some minor services scheduled and they were easy to work with. Had to push the original date back and it was no trouble, on the day of everything was done fast and I have some piece of mind now not having to worry about future problems. Great service!

This company communicates very well. They had a technician come out on Easter weekend and he worked diligently for five hours to rectify our problem. The support staff in the office was very communicative and we would recommend this company highly.

We had a big problem with our water pressure in the house and had already had 2 different plumbers inspect everything, but we weren't thrilled about the high estimates. After a friend recommended Flo Pro, we realized it was the best choice to fix it. On top of them being really responsive, fast-working and on time, they actually ended up saving us close to $1,000 for the same kind of job. You can bet they're as honest and professional as they come, which can be hard to find nowadays (specially when many others try to up-charge you depending on the part of town you're in). We've definitely found a great long-term company to rely on for plumbing. They're fast, reliable and overall, easy to do business with.
