I can not tell you how grateful I am to Trent and the staff at LV Restoration and Plumbing. They were so diligent and kind to my 80 yr old mother. They moved all the furniture and put it all back. She had a inside water heater go out. They were professional and courteous. We are so grateful they were the ones we chose.

Highly recommend. My home warranty company, Fidelity, sent them out to repair a toilet. Their technician, Argo, was friendly, courteous, attention to detail, fast, and respectful to my home. He explained everything and took his time to make sure the repair was done correctly. And in doing so, he completed the job very quickly.

On time professional

Our AC went out and our home warranty couldn’t get someone out until Monday. We have a 2 month old so it was pretty important. I called Goettl and they sent out Kevin. He not only was able to get someone out the same day, but he showed up early. Kevin was phenomenal. He was informative, educated us on what usually happens, and then did his thing and told us what was wrong. He was able to fix it within an hour and our AC is up and running and it’s quieter than before. He was then able to find that we had a leak in our ducts in our attic. The dude was awesome and I can’t thank him enough for doing such an awesome job and keeping it real with us! Thank you so much Kevin and thank you Goettl for helping us so quickly and efficiently!

David an Brendan were awesome! Once I wanted to move forward with installing a new unit, they arranged to come early the next morning. They stayed late to make sure that the entire job was completely done so we would have AC in the evening. They were very professional and did an amazing job with the new added duct work as well as with the install of the new AC unit.

Had a water leak inside wall of shower at the faucet in upstairs master bathroom. It leaked causing damage below to ceiling of kitchen. Was supposed to be fixed Friday before the long Labor Day weekend, but I was told if they got into the job and found something else that they wouldn’t be able to get the necessary parts and that my water would be completely shut off to the house the entire weekend. So made an appointment for Wednesday morning 9-11. THEY TOTALLY BLEW ME OFF!!!! It is now 3pm on Wednesday, after arranging for someone to miss a days work (lost wages) to be their for Ace Services for an appointment, ONLY TO BE BLOWN OFF!!!!!! And when I called they had no answer why I was forgotten or better yet, BLOWN OFF!!!! Inexcusable!!!! Non professional!!!! How does a sketchy company like this stay in business??? Because the Property Management Company’s hire the CHEAPEST, BOTTOM OF THE BARREL COMPANIES TO DO THEIR WORK!!! THEY DON’T CARE HOW BAD OR INCOMPETENT THEY ARE, JUST THAT THEY ARE CHEAPER. If I was a home owner, and had a choice as to who i would have fix my water leak it sure would not be Ace!!! What a joke!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid the unnecessary aggravation. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was likely the most thorough $49.00 inspection (Angie's List special) of my now 22-year-old furnace that I recall having experienced.

The technician, Jobab, called me with 30-40 minutes advance notice on the day of service to let me know that he was coming.

Jobab was not at all rushed and spent about one hour at my residence systematically going through everything on my semi-ancient furnace. He's also a pleasant person, easy to talk to.

An unexpected problem with the furnace suddenly not functioning after having worked fine initially also was resolved satisfactorily.

Since the time is inevitably coming to purchase some new HVAC equipment, I did get an estimate from Alaskan Air for doing so and will seriously be considering this company when the work needs to be done.

They arrived quickly & performed service for a fair price.

Kyle put in a flow tech and chlorine water filtration system. He did a phenomenal job and was extremely professional. The service was completed in a timely manner and was done to professional standards. I would recommend Kyle to friends and family.

I had air conditioning checked 5/17 and was told they would email me the invoice. It is 6/15 and after
5 calls to office and 1 call to technician with 3 emails 2 to tec and 1 to office and empty promises I still do not have invoice. I need this invoice for my home warranty insurance company to prove I I am doing the maintenance. They do good work but if I can't show the invoices it will void my warranty. Do know what to do about this. Any ideas or suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks
