Saw this place advertised on Morning Blend and decided to call about having my garbage disposal replaced. When the plumber arrived I was given a quote of 1700$, which I found ridiculous and refused. I immediately called another plumbing agency that gave me an estimate over the phone thats was drastically less money. All in all I had my garbage disposal replaced, as well as my water filter for less than $400. There is absolutely no reason why someone should pay almost 4x the amount for such a simple fix.

Mastermind Mechanics is the way to go if you need help with fixing your appliances. Haik is truly amazing, knowledgeable, and to the point. He is professional, honest and easy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone! You can’t go wrong with him - professional and great prices!

On the positive side, they did come out the next day to do the repairs (water heater sediment trap installation, temperature pressure relief value and 2 bath tub stopper repairs). However, after arriving more than 30 minutes late to the appointment and inspection of the issues already spelled out when the appointment was made, the technician then needed to go on a 1.5 hour shopping trip for the basic parts. This 1 1/2 hour shopping trip was charged at the standard hourly repair rate, essentially doubly the total billed time. I was surprised that the basic parts weren't kept on hand in the repair van. Apparently, according to management, this is their standard practice.

Like to thank joe and Jose that in the end showed true professionalism. They stayed true to there word and made an error into an amazing remodeled floor. Hands down need more workers like Jose to represent LVR. He treated the job as he was working in his own house.

Garry was professional and worked from both sides of the house to clean a stubborn drain clog.. I have had other plumbers that didnt do half of what he did. Everything works fine now, Thank you guys.I would recommend 5 Star Home Services.

In July our air conditioner went out. We called BEST air and had the pleasure of dealing with Matt. He was professional and knew right what the issue was! He had the part changed out in a few hours and even followed up a couple days later! Great experience!!

TL was really helpful and informative. He helped me fixed the water heater and flushed out all the rusted water. Definitely recommend these people for the service and will come back to them in the future if I need more service!

The technician called to say he was on the way over to my house, and he asked me what my air conditioner was doing? I said” it rattles when it turns on. “His response was “well that’s gonna cost well over $1300 to fix!”I said “how can you say what it’s going to cost before you even look at the unit?” I canceled the appointment immediately because I don’t trust what they would say was wrong if the technician diagnosed it without even stepping foot on my property!
