I first off want to start off with saying DONT use these Guys for your services 3000 some dollars later we are still having the same issues with our plumbing an it makes zero since that we had such a huge job they had to do for us then to find out the guy just wasn’t looking right for what he needed to find they went from $6,000 to dig up something that was right in front of his face to $3000 all though they never dug up anything They literally ran some water threw our pipes for 3000 some dollars just for the same issue to come right back please DO call around for a second opinion NOT like I now I’m out of 3000 for the same problem

I was having issues with a very old toilet. We were unable to turn off At the emergency shut off valve so we decided to call a plumber. The first plumber that we called was very expensive but he recommended a services to us. I called and got immediate service the Saturday after Thanksgiving. They were confident fix the problem quickly at a significantly lower rate than the competitor.

We had a water leak and the water to our home had to be cut off. We called Air Pro Master and they were booked solid, nothing available until the next day. My husband could not turn the water on because the leak was bad. Air Pro Master's called us back and arranged for someone to come to our home, by the end of the day. I was grateful, I have children and and elderly person living in my home and could not figure out how we were going to make it with no water. The plumber was professional, very knowledgeable and polite. I recommend this company to all of Las Vegas, thank you.

Ranier was professional and was capable of fixing the ac system as well as notice an issue between the disconnect and outside unit.

Strongly recommend them.update: called them to install a tankless water heater after my old water heater leaked and flooded my garage and guest bedroom. SIMPLY THE BEST...Had a slight miscommunication to start the job, however the team at Blue Apple..Sean, Patty and Samson came through big time...They stepped up and made sure everything was PERFECT. Some of the best customer service I've received in Vegas..They didn't leave out one detail to make sure my wife and I were completely satisfied..I won't be using ANYONE else for Electrical work..

After another plumber came out and checked for the leak that I asked you to do, he found that I just over filled the unit with salt and the excess ran out the tube to the pan underthe waterheater. You were very polite and knowledgeable, but more interested in selling me $3200. to $6200 of equipment and labor that I don't need, I wish you had spent some of that time checking why the softener was leaking and corrected that problem.Update: after a request I want to further explain my review. As stated earlier Travis was very professional and I was pleases with him, but disappointed with the company's program where you are more interested in selling un-needed product and labor. As you read earlier I did not need to spend the $3200.00 you estimated, as the other plumber explained there was nothing wrong with the water softener and charged me nothing for his time.

I used FloPro to replace a leaky Hot water heater and was so happy with their prices and work, I decided to update and upgrade my whole house water filtration/conditioning system as well. They are professional, VERY responsive and have very competitive prices. They will be my go to plumbers from now on.
