I have purchased two complete Amana cooling and heating systems from this company. One of the systems was making a lot of noise when it was on and I couldn’t live with it. It took Adam Marhefka two days to correct it. He was very professional, patient and understanding. I was afraid that this company might not come back to fix the problem since I had already paid them but they sent their best senior technician, Adam Marhefka. It is not easy to find a reliable and trustworthy company in Las Vegas and I am happy I found this one. Five stars.

Only took one day in order to get a technician to my house after I called, and it wasn't an emergency. Angelica was my technician and she was AWESOME! She was extremely detailed and thorough with her review of my air conditioning system and even cleaned up some wire issues, just because she is THAT professional. The guys were AWESOME! They came over gave me an estimate on the work and matched the price from another company, once complete they scheduled the install/repair within 16 hrs. The installers Travis and Isaiah came over and installed within an hour. I am highly impressed with this company and I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

The technician who came over to do heating tune up wasn’t thinking and parked his vehicle in front of our trash container during pick up day and unfortunately they didn’t pick it up. Its very inconsiderate. And this company doesn’t provide replacement filters for tune ups unlike others with same rates. I will change company for sure.

Justin has been to our home several times now and he has always been polite and professional. He does his work and then takes the time to explain to us what he has done and why he has done it. He also takes the time to explain to us in terms we can understand any repairs that need to be done, and why they need to be done, now or as soon as possible. Again very professional and I recommend him highly as a repair service person.
