The plumber service provided by this company was fantastic. They quickly identified and fixed the plumbing issue in my home, ensuring proper functioning. Their professionalism and excellent service make them a reliable choice. Highly recommended!

They gave me an estimate of 10,000 (lies)!!! That went down to $750 and then back up to $2800 ?!?!?!?!?! And that's just the estimate.

After almost being ripped off by a Restoration Co. I decided to slow things down and start doing my homework. I contacted 10 plumbers, 5 from Google and 5 from Yelp. By the time I contacted Plumbing Solutions of Nevada (which was the worst of the 10), I knew everything that needed to be done and the prices of EVERYTHING, (and had about 5 estimates at the time) I would just act like I didn't know!!

I told hope who works for their Recorded answering service. The entire situation and what exactly needed to be done.

On 7-25-17 Mike from Plumbing Solutions of Nevada arrives and Starts telling me all kinds of extra things that need to be done now. almost every plumber added something (get more than one estimate) but WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! It was amazing how much his guy was lying to me right in my face and Then calls the company to go over a few things and comes back and gives me an estimate of $10,000 for the whole house to be re-piped. Obviously this company has no communication, because I explained to their answering service agent Hope, that only from the mainline to the garage needed to be re-piped. Our house is under construction so you can see that it doesn't need to be re-piped (Open walls) so I finally told Mike how full of s*** he is. Then I basically did his job and told him exactly what needs to be done. Mike then calls someone named Jerry comes back and give me an estimate of $750. That's a big difference!!!!!!

Then I called the company and talk to someone named Carol who states she is the Operating Manager. I advise Carol of the situation and I asked her if she could send me a plumber that actually knows what they're doing, which she agreed to send her senior technician.

On 7-27-17 at about, 9am Sean B arrived at my house but unfortunately Pure Plumbing (Who I would definitely recommend over Plumbing Solutions) had arrived about 10 minutes earlier, so I was trying to work with both plumbers at the same time. Long story short Sean basically told me that Mike gave me a very low price which he was not gonna make any money off and that I was the one going to win out of that deal. I had an estimate lower than the $750 they gave me! From another Plumbing Company so that's another lie. Then he gives me the estimate of $2800 WHAT!!!!!!! How is it that much more now. The worst part is he was trying to charge me $1000 to dig up the pipe, about 10 feet of soft dirt. I mean the hardest part is not breaking the pipe, but is being replaced which makes it a very easy job. I even went to Home Depot had two workers follow me and give me an estimate of $250. (and these guys aren't cheap) but I honestly can do it, in about an hour and a half!!!

From my experience Plumbing Solution of Nevada, is completely unprofessional, confusing and overall, nothing more than a rip off!! By people that don't even know how to do the job.

DO NOT USE THEM. I called and asked them if they can come and take a look at my shower handlers problems. They said yes and sent someone over. Ted, the plumber showed up. He came to my bathroom and took a look at it. Then he went ahead and fixed it WITHOUT discuss the charge with me. When he completed the task, he charged me $156.45 just to tighten the packing nut on the shower handlers. I got angry and called the manager. I spoke with the manager, Wayne about the situation. He said, You're not stupid, You're smart, You should know better when you call us and ask for the cost. I said don't insult me. If I knew the charge I would have say no. He said, we assume you knew it would cost when we sent someone over to your house. I asked for a discount. He refused and said, you should know better. I said I m gonna contact BBB and file a complaint. I did. I m going to call my credit card and block the charge. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE EVER AGAIN. They took advantage of me because I am deaf. I feel that they ripped me off. I do not appreciate it at all.

Do Not Use! In My Opinion, This Company Is Very Suspicious!
Darren came by June 1st 2023 to provide an estimate, arriving about 2 hours late I might add. I also had to call twice for an update, instead of them letting me know what’s going on. He sold me on the idea of coming back the next day (June 2, 2023) around 2PM. He never showed up. I tried contacting him, but got no reply. I called the office and spoke with someone named Mike. He said Darren showed up and had tried to reach me but was unable to and left. I told him I have security cameras around my house and I can attest he never showed up and he never tried to call. What worries me is a stranger who is clearly not reliable or honest, now has my personal information, such as my home address, what my property layout is like, my gate code and he also asked me if I had a dog. That, along with wasting your value time, is a reason why I would NOT recommend this business.

Amazing plumber in Las Vegas! Carl was very responsive and quick! When we had a water leak under the sink, he diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it right away! The two guys who came and set us up were great and quick and very professional. The problem is we had a possible gas leak about a week after they had set us up with our water heater. Our garage and downstairs smelled like rotten eggs. I called them around 5/6pm on a Sunday On their “emergency line “ supposedly 24/7 and they told me we can get someone out around noon the next day. I said so my wife and twin babies and myself should breathe this in for another 18 hours? They said that’s the best we can do so I called around and another company came out and took care of the issue.They come quick to get your money but not to take care of an issue with their equipment.I’d rather pay another company 3 time what I paid than ever give them another penny.

I've been using Prostate Plumbing for years. The guys are great! They're on time and do an excellent job.
