We had them out to fix our water heater when it stopped working a couple days ago. They fixed it right away for a decent price. Will call again.

I used Nevada Plumbing Authority because they were referred to me and it's no wonder they were referred - the service was exceptional. Responsive, flexible, and not rushed to get the job done is how I would describe them. They take the time to exhaust all options and offered multiple fixes that range in cost depending on preference of ours, rather than focusing on how or where they can make money. There was also great follow up and it was really appreciated how much time was invested on solving the issues we had. Highly recommend!

Initial experience very good and happy with service in replacing hot water heater. One month later no hot water. Came out and said have to order part and no hot water for three days. Returned to find out still wasn't working and had to order another part. Jerry-rigged it so we could have hot water but no safety device in heater to turn off if it gets to hot. Was told it would be fixed the following week when the part comes in. After two weeks of not hearing from them I called. Was told they would call me back and didn't. I called again and was told it could be done next week. I then filed a complaint. Then they called me and told me it could be done yesterday (Saturday). Agree upon time 2-4p. Guess who didn't call me or show up. I called and was told the guy coming had a big job he was working on. Guess they forgot to call and tell me. Now I still have a brand new hot water heater that I paid for that is jerry rigged and will be refurbished. I am not happy at all. I wish they would return my money and let me buy a new hot water heater that I paid for, not a broken one they keep refurbishing or at least say they are going to fix and not come.

The Uncle and Nephew Team were polite and professional. They did a clean professional job when installing my new water heater. Keegan explained everything thoroughly.

Bernie was EXTREMELY proficient and courteous.

Two other calls were made prior to reaching B & L Plumbing. Neither company answered their phone.

We needed a conversion of a faucet from a bath tub to a shower head.

The overall cost was lower than we expected... which was a acceptable surprise for us.

I called Green Light last week when my wife lost her wedding ring down the shower drain. Green Light was awesome. They had a plumber out there when we could meet them and were able to recover the ring for $200, which was a huge savings vs. the replacement cost and my wife gets her ring back! Thank you, Green Light!

Jeremy and the company was the only company who answered an emergency service at 10pm and was great communicating their service. Jeremy came in and had the best attitude! Hoping he would be coming every time I had an issue as he calmed me down and made sure everything was taken care of.

Highly recommend Frontier Plumbing! Very personable, kind, and quick response to my water heater leakage and installation of new one! Curtis explained everything very well and was very informative! Also very fair and honest pricing. Amazing company. Well done!
