I highly recommend Serv-All for your water conditioning needs. They certainly exceeded my expectations. Layne Willette was the technician who inspected and serviced the unit. Very friendly and professional. Upon inspection, he determined that the unit simply needed minimal service and appeared to be operating normally. Since I have no experience with water treatment systems, he reviewed with me the operation and maintenance needs it requires. I recently purchased this home and thought the unit was only four yrs. old - same age as house. However, Layne found the unit to be twelve yrs. old and I assume the previous home owner must have brought it over from their previous residence. Layne quoted me the price of a new unit and explained the scheduling and installation process. Although this system works fine now, because of it's age I'm not taking any chances and am scheduling the installation of a new unit. Thanks Layne!

I called this company after a frustrating experience with the company who actually installed my water softener. I searched the Internet and called Serv-All because they advertised that they service all water softeners.
Jim arrived later that afternoon. He dug into our system and discovered a salt block and something that wasn't bolted. He re-bolted that thinga ma-widget, removed the salt block and told me I was good to go! Great service from one phone call. If I have another issue with my water softener, I'm calling THIS company!

These guys are great!

I called Serv-All after my previous water softener contractor was a complete sleaze. These guys are super courteous both over the phone and in person.

For my diagnostic visit I had Shawn come to my house, see what the problem was, and not only did he let me know they could fix it with the right part but even gave me a brief walk-through on how to fix it myself if I got the part from the manufacturer. No such luck though.

On my repair visit, Tony was extremely thorough, making sure to educate me on everything he was doing, minimizing the water spillage during the process, and again letting me know future-proofing and self-help tips.

I highly recommend this company to anyone starting to look into their home water conditioning or servicing their existing units.

Recently I have had a string of luck finding companies to service my home. Some no shows, others a lack of professionalism and timing. In fact I had scheduled another water company to come out and service my system and they were a no show. Shawn, the technician, arrived about an hour into the scheduled window. He knew exactly what needed to be done (install a water line with shutoff from the softener to a rolling swamp cooler) and was done in about 40 minutes. He even replaced a compression fitting I installed without charging me for it. This is the second time I have used these folks and they are one of the best to work with.

Once again, I feel the need to rave about the service from Serv-all Water Conditioning. A month after installation, we discovered a slight drainage issue. Jim came out and diagnosed the problem and set up a time to return with parts to resolve the issue. He came back and fixed the issue and then bought parts and fixed a related problem with our washing machine drainage! Plus - gave me more softener salt!

Update: they continue to amaze with their outstanding customer sevice. Had our yearly filter maintenance (I know you can do it yourself) but I prefer to pay to have pros do the work and thank goodness. After all was done and tested all was good but a few days later the membrane failed causing the water to not taste the same.. called them up and they came out saw the problem and replaced that filter. It was just near the 3 year warranty so they replaced it under warranty.. amazing ...and my daughter loves her system too ...thanks Serv-All Water for an outstanding job ....Again !!

Up for annual maintenance of our RO system we received a message from Serv-All reminding us of this. We easily set up an appointment. We got reminders the day before and the day of when the tech was coming out. Shawn came out and we needed to change not only our filter but the membrane out. Looking back on our records, Shawn has been servicing our property for a few years.

We have been with Serv-All since 2003 when we were very impressed with the owner then who did everything. I am glad the level of service has not suffered when there was a changing of new ownership.

This is the second time I have used Serv All Water Conditioning. The first time was to replace an old water softener and today was for a new reverse osmosis water filtering system. I called on Tuesday to get information regarding a reverse osmosis system. Michelle was very helpful and informative. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following afternoon. Shawn the installer arrived promptly and installed my new system within an hour. He explained the operation and showed me shut off valves in case of emergency. He also told me about a bypass plug for my refrigerator. He explained I did not need the added expense of buying refrigerator filters when my water was already being filtered through the osmosis system. I highly recommend Serv All Water Conditioning. Ask for Shawn, he also installed my water softener a couple of years ago. Thank you.

Had a soft water system and RO unit installed when I moved in May 2022. I’ve since called them twice and each time everyone I have spoken to or met have given great customer service, very knowledgeable and helpful.
Had a service call for what turned out to be a non-issue but Shawn gave information instead of making us feel stupid. I will- and have- recommended Serv-All to my family and friends.

Had a leak in my very old reverse osmosis system. Needed it replaced. Called Serv-All Water Conditioning on a Saturday and they were able to come out and install a new system on the same day. Jim was great, excellent service. Would highly recommend.

I was in much need of a water softner since I recently moved to Las Vegas and it's known to have very hard water here so I found Serv-All on Yelp. I looked at all the great reviews and decided to message them. Corrine messaged back very quickly giving me all the details I needed to rent one. She set up an appointment for the next day and Shawn installed the system. He was very nice and installed it super fast! He went over in detail as far as how the system works and when salt needed to be added. After he left, I tested the water and I noticed a huge difference in my water through out the house! All in all, Serv-All has great customer service and I highly suggest them if you need a water softner or any other water conditioning services! 5 STARS!

From the first call to SertAll it was a great experience with friendly people on the other end. What I am thrilled though most about is the tech they sent Shawn Johnson. I cannot say enough about the wonderful service he gave my husband and I. We just moved from out of state to Sun City Summerlin and being elderly we are used to be taken advantage of or disregarded. Shawn not only installed out new unit he took the time as if we were his parents or grandparents to show us every button knob and item having to do with running a water softener., What a delight in this man. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We got our water softener with Serv-All about 2 yrs ago. Our water softener had a hiccup so we called Serv-All. They came right out, turns out we were using wrong pellets🤦🏻‍♀️. They did a thorough check on equipment, water pressure&ph. All is well now🙂.

So I hired this company to come see my RO system an of course the guy was not informed with my unit an he did try but he did try to sale me a new unit instead looking for the problem with it motor where get hot an he keeps tell me it was to old so he left an gave us a quote for a new equipment that was over priced an the next day I started to look over the unit an I noticed that the wiring was set at 240 volts instead at low voltage once I swap it to low voltage the unit ran great an is running know so they say they are 20 year experience but all they try was to sale us a new unit thank for not trying hard to frind the issue Serv all water condition don't think I would recommend them

Highly recommend Serv-All Water Conditioning. They were able to schedule a tech - Nick - to come out the next day. He explained my options. He checked the water in both toilets for resins. In the end I decided to purchase a new unit as mine was over 25 years old. He had a unit on his truck. Total job time was under two hours. Nick explained and demonstrated the system and warranty clearly. 5+ Stars
