They have done serious plumbing work for including relocating a broken pipe in the slab, pro replacement of the main water line, all kinds of clogs and preventative services ... just replaced my house “water control manifold”.

I've used Moonlight Plumbing whenever I need a reliable and competent team. They have installed gas lines for my pool heater, installed a tankless water heater and a reverse osmosis system. They are my 'go to' plumbers. I have also recommended them to Real Estate clients of mine. I would not hesitate to call them for great customer service!

Very responsive. Friendly. On time. Quick repair. VERY expensive for the simplicity and time spent on repair. We are always willing to pay for experience and expertise, but felt the bill did not match the project. Have used Moonlight for 2 projects, including this one.

When I scheduled a technician, they told me the estimate would be free but failed to mention that there would be a $200 service charge plus $250 to inspect the problem plus parts. I was quoted the $250 plus parts from the technician but when he was going to swipe my card he said theres an additional $200 charge. At that point what can I do? I'm not happy to come out of pocket $595 for changing the toilet flappers & vaulve on 4 toilets.

I was having issues with my reverse osmosis system. Eddie came promptly as scheduled and quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty tank. Since the system was still under warranty, the manufacturer had to send a replacement tank.
When it arrived, the office was very helpful in scheduling Eddie's return around my own hectic holiday plans.
Eddie's professionalism and can-do attitude were noteworthy, and I was charged only for one service call.

We were doing a kitchen remodel. Relocating our refrigerator along with installing a new sink and adding a pot filler. We also purchased a RO system from Derek and they installed it also. We have used Moonlight plumbing multiple and they have never let us down or done us wrong. Derek and his team are professional and do things right the first time!

Replaced pressure reduction valve. Did it in a very timely manner and did a very good job.

The tech was great and gets the only star in this transaction. For $225 I got a new spicket, the pipe is still not tight in the wall but would cost $250 just to investigate, and this was not worth it. This outfit is way overpriced and I will neither use them again nor recommend it.

Moonlight is always on time. Management always follows up to ensure job well done. Their staff know their job and have useful tips.

As a property manager I have used a lot of local plumbing companies. Moonlight is the best plumbing company I have ever used.

Fortunately we don't need a plumbing service very often, but when we do, Moonlight Plumbing is the company we call. The first time we used them was to locate a major leak under the house. They located the leak inside a wall. The second time they replaced our water heater. And the third time, found a major leak in the line coming from the street into our house. When we need a plumber, this is the service we call.

Jose did the 2 year service on my tankless water heater. He was on-time, professional and a very clean worker.

I've previously used Moonlight Plumbing to replace corroded brass fittings and manifold on my Vanguard plumbing installation. They also replaced my traditional water heater with a Rinai Tankless Heater. They did a great job on these jobs as well.

They performed 100% of what they said they would. On time, on budget and professional, which is not easy to find in this era.

After getting several estimates from several different companies for installing a Pressure Regulator, a Flow by Moen Electronic Valve and a Main Valve replaced I chose Moonlight Plumbing. They were also recommended by a friend. Moonlight was quick to answer any questions and gave me an estimate over the phone. The estimate was accurate and very reasonable. Derek (the plumbing technician) arrived early to my appointment and did a fantastic clean install job. I highly recommend Moonlight Plumbing. Below are the before and after photos.

Same day shut off valve replacement issues on toilet. Quick for them but was stressful for me. Great customer service! Price was reasonable for same day service (responded within 2 hrs of making request!) Small ahh moment, no military/veteran discount. They were on time, polite, found the issue quickly and did the repair. They are up front about costs before they do anything, so no bad surprise. I've used them before and we're completely satisfied with them both times.

My highest praise and recommendation go out to Derek (owner) and the entire team at Moonlight Plumbing. Moonlight completed the work at our home expeditiously, professionally and at a fair cost after providing multiple feasible solutions to a previously botched plumbing installation by a previous contractor and plumber.

Called and spoke with Amelia to schedule a quick repair and set up another appointment (I've also used them in the past). Amelia was so nice, and funny! She was down to earth - as were the techs who came to fix my disposal. I've had Jose, Eddie and Benito come to my home for different jobs and they have been so sweet, patient and professional. I highly recommend Moonlight Plumbing. Very down to earth, detailed and solid work, and the company is Veteran owned which is awesome coming from a military family myself.

Great team of guys lead by Derek who is always extremely helpful no matter the size of the job. They are very professional, considerate, and friendly. They are very transparent and exceptionally competitive, borderline generous with their pricing compared to other plumbing biz in the valley. The quality of their work is superb! 5 star does not do them justice. They need a couple of more stars! I had them fix another plumbing company's mistake and add an expansion tank to my recirculating water heater, perfect! No more hot water on the cold line. They even came out and installed an undermount sink for me! There's not much more you can ask for. They're a one-shot-do-it-right-the-first-time company with work quality that I'm sure they're proud of. Can't wait for the next project!

Was charged for time when both employees were not at my house. Sink was installed on top of instructions sitting edge of sink. Toilets were mixed and upstairs toilet was installed downstairs and downstairs one installed upstairs. Days later when I went to use dishwasher, they had cut off the water supply to dishwasher when changing out kitchen faucet. No call back about my complaints. Had to get another company out to fix water line to dishwasher.

Jose and George arrived on time, with smiles on their faces, and ready to fix our water heater. They asked me about the problem, evaluated the situation, and went to work.

The technician was supposed to pressure test my gas line to 60 psi. He showed up, his tool wasn’t working properly so he just left and now I failed my inspection. This is unacceptable. The technician should have called his office and got advice not just leave.

Had a good experience getting an estimate (he didn't just come for the problem we identified but also asked about any other plumbing issues we had - even made a quick and easy repair at no charge on a toilet). He also clearly explained the various options for repair and how much they would cost. The repair crew was right on time, communicated throughout, and fixed the problem within an hour. Good experience all the way around.

I recently had Derek and his team replace my existing water heater and install a new water softening system. Derek and his team were on time, professional and did an outstanding job. My existing water heater was in a very awkward location that prevented me from parking my car in the garage. Derek worked with me to find a more efficient location for the new equipment that required extensive reworking of vent, gas lines, waste lines to accommodate but works much better now. They even demo'd the existing water heater stand and installed a new metal water heater stand tucked into the corner. His drywall guy even came the same day and patched/repaired/painted the damaged/exposed areas.

This is actually the second time that i've used Moonlight Plumbing. They replaced a water heater at my previous home and their work was equally exceptional.

I've used Moonlight since 2014. Always honest with appointment setting. They are busy, so be aware you may have to wait a couple of days to be scheduled. I prefer to wait and have professional work done correctly the first time at a reasonable price, than fast work, not so good, and deal with additional appointments. If you want it done right the first time, call Moonlight.

I live in a condo. I was expecting better communication & service being referred. There was no personal touch by the owner once the work began. The plumber was strongly recommended by 2 close friends.
They removed & installed a new kitchen sink. In order to do it they had to remove my old sink & garbage disposal. I asked them to install a new garbage disposal that I bought. This was already priced in my estimate. They charged me additional $150/-labor for new installation. The office manager refused to make any adjustments to labor pricing. The labor time it took to replace & install a new disposal was the same as putting the old disposal back. In addition the work is not complete because of a plumbing mishap & requires additional work in my neighbors condo. It now requires me to get HOA & owner approval. Accidents happen but the inconvenience it causes is never taken into consideration for customer satisfaction.. On a good note the plumbing crew that came was good & knowledgable.

Eddie came out to today install our new kitchen faucet. Hes a pro and did a great job. He even adjusted the hot/cold water supply as it was backwards from what Moen recommended. I’ve used Moonlight Plumbing numerous times over the years and they always do a great job!

I called Derek over the weekend as my water heater tank leaked. I know that a few businesses are closed. Sure enough they were closed. Come Monday i had an early text from Amelia from Moonlight Plumbing and have asked me if the same day appointment would be acceptable. I was surprised that I was setup for a 1pm and sure enough Derek showed up earlier than the setup time. It was an excellent meet up and a straight forward quote. I accepted the quote as I know the business has been referred by co-workers, honest and reputable. Today Dec10, Tuesday the work will be completed. I am sure that this would be an excellent turnout.
