My technicians name was Robert. Great guy and knowledgeable. He was more than able to answer all my questions. He went through a few basic procedures before concluding that I needed a charge on my unit. He also gave me some tips on how to make my unit more efficient with things I could do on my own that falls under periodic maintenance. I'm glad I called Alaskan Heating & Air Conditioning. If any problems arise in the future or if I need a new unit I'm calling this company again and request Robert. Top notch guy! Thanks so much Robert. You da man!

A Team sent a crew out to our old house (built 1952) to see if they could help us with a completely blocked sewer line from our washer and sink to the main line going to the septic. They carefully found the main line using some high tech sounding device, dug a trench in our cement floor, and re-routed the line. When they were done, everything worked perfectly and the cement was refinished. My wife and I

Rocky is the best.
He checked shower booth drain pipe and he went to buy and came back to fix it in same day.
Other companies told me that I need to break shower booth tiles and change whole drain pipes, it will cost $3k more. Rocky fixed it less than $400

Excellent service. I would highly recommend this company. I was desperate to have baby wipes removed from people flushing them down the toilet in my business. The technician was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem promptly. Lessen to all. Do not flush baby wipes down your toilets!! If you do then call Roto Rooter.
