Albert the plumber was great. They use an app called dispatch so when I got the text that they were coming I knew what to expect and they arrived as expected.

They did quick work and solve two plumbing issues quickly. One was a leaky shower valve in the master and the other was a clogged since in the secondary bath. Very professional and super easy to work with.

It was warranty work covered by my property manager so I can't speak to price.

I called 4 plumbers without anyone answering the phone before I found BSR on Craigslist. 90% of business success is just answering the phone and being professional. The actual plumber picked up his own phone call while he was working on another job and was very professional. He scheduled an appointment with me immediately and came to my house on time. I needed a tankless water heater installed which required extensive work to extend my current gas line access across the ceiling of my garage. He worked very hard on my project for three days straight and was very neat and clean. He gave me an excellent quote on the price of my project. Don't be fooled by cheap plumbers. (You get what you pay for)
Needless to say I'm very thankful for his professionalism and great workmanship. I highly recommend anyone let BSR give you a quote before you call anyone else.

I had a water main leak. Lange came on Friday afternoon to make temporary repair to provide water. The original estimate was $2500 - $3000 for trenching a rerouting the main line. On Monday the estimate is now up to $3200. I ask the plumber to put a max number on the estimate at $3200 but he declined saying the estimate may go up if he finds something unexpected when he start digging. It is a 10 ft trench in residential area. I would think many people would dig that trench for $3000 period. !!! So I just pay Lange $500 for the emergency repair and send the Lange plumber away. I'm glad I was able to get 2 other companies to give me a fixed price for the job at several hundreds less. I picked one and job the job completed the next day. Dont think I will call on Lange for anything in the future. So everyone should : get several estimates and get a fixed price for a large job.

Saved the day! My water heater broke and leaked water everywhere. They were over that day and replaced my heater fast! Jaime was personable and professional. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Woke up last night to an inch of water on the bathroom floor, and no working toilets in the house, I called Sin City Plumbing. These people are LIFE SAVERS! Carlos was amazing. Arrived at my home less than an hour after I called. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. In less time than I thought possible, this disaster was fixed and all cleaned up.
