I called the AHS for 3 faucet leaking problems at the beginning of last week. The AHS picked Blue Diamond plumbing company for the first time. On the first appointment day, they didn’t show up because their truck had a problem. Andy came on the second appointment day, but he didn’t have enough parts, so I had to reschedule. On the third appointment day, he canceled the appointment, I had to reschedule it again. After 4-5 reschedules, they finally came on 6/26/23. A technician named Kyle Basom came to fix our faucet. Since the faucet was a little more difficult to repair (according to Kyle), he had a hard time fixing it. He took one hour to fix the faucet, but he continuously cursed and used inappropriate language. After finishing the faucet, Kyle refused to fix the other faucet, which had the same problem, since it took too much effort. Kyle recommended fixing both the cartilage and the valve on the faucet since it would make his job easier even though the valve did not need to be fixed. It cost me an extra $550 out of my pocket. He left without fixing the second faucet and I received an invoice of $550 even though changing the valve was unnecessary. This morning, I called the AHS to request a second diagnosis from another company. The innovations plumbing company came today changed a new cartilage and took care of the cartilage much faster and professionally compared to Kyle at Blue Diamond Plumbing. I recommend that AHS's other customers avoid Blue Diamond Plumbing. Not only do they have terrible service, but they don’t care about how much money customers spend. They only care about less, easier, and more convenient work for themselves.
