Pipe dream plumbing is an exceptional company with extraordinary employees! I contacted Pipe Dreams company and spoke with a gentleman name Chance. (AN HONEST COMPANY) Chance informed me the company unfortunately couldn't unclog the drain because its not something they do. Chance took 14 minutes out of his morning to explain the way most plumbing companies operate. He made me feel comfortable with the plumbing lingo and what i would need in a company. In the end he recommended Elliott's and it all made sense. Will with Elliott's showed up. (Will is an amazingly professional, soft spoken yet confident, employee that never pitched me) He came in and listened attentively to my problem, and reassured me he could fix the problem. (Not in a way that made me believe he had something to prove, but rather as if he's been doing this all his life) From the time he walked through the door until he removed the clog and cleaned up was 11 minutes. Grateful is not a strong enough word. It takes an honest company to give an honest opinion, while taking time out of their busy schedule to help someone else without any return. I will forever remember the olive branch Chance at pipe dreams extended. When i need any major renovations or run into a problem I will definitely be giving pipe dreams a try. I will never trust any other company and will recommend both companies to all my family and friends! CHANCE WITH PIPE DREAMS... THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO AND STAYING HONEST AND TRUE!

I absolutely love this company. Jerry is so attentive and knowledgeable. They never tried talk me into “more expensive is better “. Yet, they understood the issues and took the time to figure out exactly what WE needed! Very professional!!

I was so impressed by the professionalism promptness and quality of work the fact that I was able to get quality work and a fair price was inspiring.
I can't say enough good things about this company and the lovely lady who runs it dealing with her was so pleasant and she actually did what she said she was going to do way before the time she said she'd have it done by.
I'm sold I wouldn't deal with any other company when it comes to my water softening Or my drinking water needs these guys are a hundred.
Keep up the good work guys you definitely bring a breath of fresh air and a glass of great tasteing water to my world. If you want to feel like a customer should when he's done dealing with a business this is a place to do it I feel great, the peace of mind I get dealing with this company this lady really knows her stuff I can't put a price on that I wouldn't go anyplace else.

I don’t know which was better, his price or the great job he did on my new kitchen faucet. In fact, one company that came to my house first (and I won’t mention the name) wanted 3X more than what he charged me! He’s the only plumber I’ll be calling in the future. Thanks a bunch Dino.

I was referred to Jason. After a phone call detailing the issue, he quoted a price. He came out on time and repaired the problem and went above and beyond. Explained everything as the job was going along. Professional, knowledgeable and true to his word. Also, very tidy. He honored his original quote and did a little extra job for us without upping the price. I recommend him highly.
