Nick and Zack are wonderful. They pick up their phones right way when I called. They also came on a Saturday within 3 hours of my phone call.They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Their pricing was forthright and no hidden fees.

Most importantly, Nick and Zack did not leave a mess after they got the job done! Now that is VERY important to my wife who is OCD. They put proper barrier for shoes and contaminated hoses. They also helped me wiped down floor with Lysol. I would work with them again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

The plumber went above and beyond to explain how he would perform the task. At the end of him explaining things, I'd figure i should just do the job and save some money since he explained it so good... lol. It's hard to find honest plumbers, but when you find one, it's best to keep them.

The worst customer service ever her name is Cindy and the manager she said her name is Jill. I hope the owner will read this and can contact me because they just lost a customer from Liberty Mutual. You don’t need an employee like them and i hope you have recording of the conversation we have with them on Jan. 22 between I can say 2:40 -2:55 So you find out how rude Cindy is and how your manager took care of it. I have to push one Star so i can post it but doesn’t deserve it.

Remember, you get what you pay for.

This place is a joke. They have time to install a water heater improperly, but don't have time to help you out when there's no money in it for them. All we wanted to do was drop off our broken heater, so we could get our new one. Of course we don't want you to install it. You're the ones that messed it up in the first place. Not to mention your services are grossly over priced. It's a sad state of affairs when you can't help someone because it's the right thing to do. My parents had to spend over a month in a hotel because of their unwillingness to help. Thanks for nothing. I'll make sure my company (managing over 100 local properties) never uses your services again. Furthermore; I plan to let everyone of my 100,000 following know that this place is no good. I'll sleep better at night knowing you've lost business. Maybe that's worth something.

Installed a water heater in my mother's house. He negotiated the price down. He was VERY polite quick and answered all my questions about tankless water heaters. No mishaps during the process. Very efficient. I have no idea where these other reviewers complaints are coming from. We will use them again if needed.

Worked with Eric R., he was fantastic. Very in tuned with plumbing and helping us get to a solution. He took his time to explain the problem and then resolved it for us. He went above an beyond great customer service. I would certainly use their company again, hopefully Eric will be the one they send if we ever needed help again.

Had a couple of toilets bought from Lowes installed and one had a leak. After calling Lowes and Pain in the Pipe Plumbing the following morning, the installers came back and figured there was a hairline crack in the tank causing the leak. The installer reported the defect to Lowes and promptly came back with a new tank and issue solved the same day and I couldn't be happier! Good job Mario and Pat and thanks to Kasey too for her assistance relaying the urgency to get the job done right away, so we didn't have to cancel our Labor Day holiday weekend plans, including Tony and Allison of Lowes!
