I HAD A HORRIFIC HOT WATER LEAK FROM UNDER MY HOME'S SLAB[FOUNDATION].HAVING HAD SEVERAL ESTIMATES I WAS SO VERY PLEASED TO HAVE MARK AND HIS HELPER FIND THE LEAK ALMOST IMMEDIATELY,SAVING ME A HUGE WATER/GAS BILL,THEY CAPPED IT,REROUTED THE PIPE AND CAME IN UNDER ESTIMATE.EXPERIENCE COUNTS.THEY WERE ON TIME,,NEAT CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS AND AFTER 25 YEARS OF BEING A HOMEOWNER I CAN ONLY WISH THERE WERE MORE TECHNICIANS LIKE MARK OF ORCHARD PLUMBING.

Dan is an honest professional and very knowledgeable about his trade. He will keep you appraised of what he is doing and is fair in job pricing.

Roto Rooter Henderson is a dishonest ripoff! They installed a pump 3 weeks ago for $1000 ($400 labor for a 45 min job) and it already quit working. They now want me to pay for another because it was abused. Keep in mind they never told us anything about what we should or should not do when they installed it. Ray the owner was obstinate, condescending, and rude saying he has no responsibility and frankly could care less. Call anyone but these guys. BTW they showed up a day later than scheduled. 👎

Oscar was a very professional and courteous plumber who figured out how to fix a kinked hose in my water softener. What sounds simple (unkinking a hose and figuring out how to reinstall it without kinking again) in this situation was quite difficult and Oscar's solution was very creative and effective. I highly recommend Pure Plumbing and Oscar.

I had a leakage with my water heater. I called Vegas Plumbing Service and they sent a technician as soon as possible. Matt came and helped with the problem. It turned out that we needed a new water heater and Matt was beyond helpful. I truly appreciate it and I am grateful. I'm lost of words of how helpful and kind Matt is. Outstanding Service - this time/everytime

I have used this company a few times. Receptionist was great to talk to, very personable. Set an appointment for the next day. Brady even showed up a bit early, assessed the issue and tracked down the leak almost immediately. Had it fixed within 30 minutes. Very nice person, easy to talk to. Very happy with the repair.
