I would give 10 stars if I could! Called Dignity Plumbing for a leaky main on a Sunday afternoon. The girl in the office set us up with Jesse. Awesome as always. I needed some hot water plumbed to a new washing machine in my office. They came and did an amazing job. Called multiple times to make sure it was exactly where I wanted it and even came when we didn't have patients. They killed it again!!

I have used Dignity multiple times at my dental office and my house. Anything from replacing toilets, hot water heater, garbage disposal, etc They are always on time and what impressed me the most is he put on a new pair of booties over his shoes each and every time he left the house. That attention to detail is what matters!

Our water heater was leaking all through the garage. I called them & within 3 hours we had a new water heater! Amazing!

This is the second time we have been able to use Dignity Plumbing in the last few months! First time, my husband and I decided to put a hole into our main line when putting up our wood shelving in the garage. That was fun! They were so quick to come and save us and the gentleman that helped made us feel comfortable and happy with our mistake! Today, I had a clogged drain and again, they came quickly and was so happy to help! Different technician this time, so I can honestly say that Dignity is definitely the place to go to if you live in Henderson or Las Vegas! Amazing service and cost effective!

Toilets/sinks /tubs unclogged, have used this company twice, both times technicians have been prompt, professional, left bathrooms clean, were courteous, very reasonable, Antontio especially polite. Will definitely use again.

Once I placed my initial call requesting services, Rocky, our plumber was at our front door within ten minutes of me calling. He was very professional and attentive to my request. He replaced our Water Heater in about an hour after having to go pick it up from their warehouse. Overall it took about 2 1/2 hours from start to finish. Had a 2007 water heater bust out this morning 7amish...Dignity sent Jonathan out by 11,so within a couple of hours,Installed a new 40gallon heater, & brought all connections up to date adding a sediment valve for the gas line which my old system didn't have. Jonathan was polite,Professional, & I noticed he really QCd his work. Glad I used this company 👍

Fernando was honest, prompt and pleasant. I had water streaming up through my landscape. No sprinkler valves visible, so I had to turn off water at the street level. I thought it was a water main and called Dignity. Fernando showed up 30 minutes early (with prior notification) and told me it was a landscape issue and would be cheaper to call a landscaping company. He turned off the automatic sprinkler clock, turned the water back on and was on his way. They didn't even charge a dispatch fee.

Jesse installed our Water Heater. Very professional and knowledgeable. We have used Dignity before and will continue to use them.

This is the 4th time I have used this business. They are always very professional and prompt. Scott is a wonderful guy and represents his employer well. Scott with Dignity plumbing was great. DIY turned bad when I bent a copper pipe on the hose bib. Flooding my front yard, I sent out a quote on Yelp to 10 businesses and Dignity was the first to reply in about 30 seconds and provided a quote off the pictures I attached. Scott was at my house in 30 min and began to work. He ran into a little trouble and the scope of work got bigger. True to his word, he kept the same quoted price where I think most places would have up charged for what now needed to be done. Friendly, professional and got me back to normal in no time at all. I will use Dignity and Scott for all my plumbing needs going forward!

First off have to give credit where credit is due 5 stars 10 if it were possible to Chris the plumbing professional youngest member of their team time and time again he would make the repair and a leak was detected frustration was mounting as you can imagine spent all day on this job went the extra mile to please his customer amazed at the perseverance, turned out the rings were too old had to make two trips to the store, but thought I would get a discount being that the leak was already detected and I had already dug the hole! And only one month warranty on the repair , but in the end Chris did a great job! Goettl eat your heart out

I received frequent updates as to the status of my appointment as well as the technician's name and arrival time. The technician Brian was on time, pleasant and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be using them from now on as my plumbing service after this experience. They are courteous, knowledgeable and trustworthy. My work was completed in a timely manner and I wasn't pressured or up sold on things I did not need. I was also provided with an estimate of future work that I may need at some point in the future. I've been in my house for over 20 years so I know I will be needing more work in the future as things eventually need servicing and/or replacement at some point. Dignity Plumbing is highly recommended and has earned my business for all things plumbing.

Outstanding service! I was suppose to be enjoying my new first house turned tragic by clogged drains that was should of been fixed during inspection. Jonathan from Dignity plumbing came out and gave us a quote for a slab leak. I really liked Jonathan because of his caring nature. He quickly accessed the situation and explained the work that he would recommend for us to do. Im not able to do the work at this time due to financial reasons with the previous plumber who didn’t do the job correctly. However, Jonathan came up with a short term solution to hold us over until I’m able to have the work done at a less expensive cost. Needless to say we now have hot water again thanks to Jonathan’s caring spirit and quick thinking. None of the other plumbers that gave us quotes thought of this temporary solution. Myself and family are so grateful to Jonathan and Dignity Plumbing for all they have done for us and giving us our hot water again. As soon as I can I will call them to finish the work that they recommended and I will definitely be using them for all my future plumbing jobs.

Very nice but insanely expensive. Had about 30 mins of plumbing needs and they wanted $400. They were all VERY nice but simply over priced.

What can I say... I put out a panicked Facebook post to see if anyone knew a plumber and was referred to Dignity Plumbing. My soft water machine valve blew and I had lost all water to my bathrooms. This was at 7pm and I have a party in the morning for a graduation. I call up the Jason and I was able to FaceTime him because my ability to explain it was not there... he said give me five minutes and literally within 5 minutes he dispatched a tech. The tech showed up and was amazing. He talked me through his fix and told me what each valve did. I have never called a plumber before and frankly was nervous because my husband had just deployed and I had no idea if I was going to pay top dollar or not or even if I would know if it was fixed right... but this company changed my mind. They were so professional, friendly, and showed up for me! I am thankful for this company and will refer and use them in the future!

Last Thursday Dignity Plumbing technician Antonio Villagrana came to my home on time at 8am. He unclogged my sewer drain and got home back in order in 1hr of work, which the same job was taking All-State plumbing 4 days to do. Antonio was polite, nice and told me he was gonna do whatever he had to do to make sure my water was running and my sewer was unclogged. He told me that he had children like me and wanted to do everything he could to help. Ladies and Gentleman that’s customer service and he was only 24 yrs old. I was confident in the work he performed and it’s been a full week and I haven’t had a problem since. Thank you Dignity Pluming and most of all thank you Mr. Antonio Villagrana.

In fixing a broken kitchen sink pipe, they ran into an unexpected problem - a broken garbage disposal that prevented draining. They put in for and were able to get approval to replace the disposal same day. I really appreciate how much they got done and so quickly.

I don't gain anything from this review besides referring someone who was fabulous for me. Generally good solid work but no follow up on a second small leak after the repair. Tech never showed or called for our agreed upon day. Fortunately the leak stopped after a few day of dripping into a tub under the sink. Most of the work was great, but I have to list their follow up in need of improvement. Still haven't heard from them.

Instead of automatically doing the job I thought was required which would have been expensive, he gave me a few alternative choices that saved me a lot of money. My kitchen faucet was leaking and I decided to replace it. I did not know who to call to install my new faucet and had called several places that were at least 4-5 days out. I called Dignity Plumbing late Thursday night and they sent someone out Saturday morning. Antonio V. called and came early. He was very professional and got my new faucet installed in no time. He even cleaned up the mess from the prior plumber that installed the original one. I will be sure to call Dignity for future services.

Moved into an old house a year ago and having issues with drainage from kitchen sink and laundry drain. Jonathan showed up on time and heard me out for the problem. He then gave me two options as to what could be going on and options on how to fix it. Put a camera in the line to ensure not the worst case situation and got to work on fixing the problem. Firstly, I’m impressed by the technicians arriving 1/2 hour early. I commend Scott and Jesse for their professionalism, courtesy and honesty. While they were diagnosing my water heater problem, as a woman who doesn’t know a whole lot about the appliance I asked them several questions. We have an unusual toilet set-up, where the tank part of the toilet is built under a ledge, and the chain from the toilet handle had come undone. I, of course, attempted to fix it and had -0- Luck. I called Dignify (From Google search) they answered right away, scheduled me as soon as they were able.
Antonio our service rep was FABULOUS, and literally had the handle repaired in minutes! He was awesome, and had all the parts he thought he may need with him, just in case (I loved the “pro-active” thinking). I will call Dignity Plumbing any time I get a plumbing opportunity, AND recommend them to anyone who is in need. What other company said it's not possible to fix without breaking bank Ryan did within an hour. Appointment was scheduled immediately after we requested the quote, office stuff was super friendly. Ryan made sure it worked after fixing it and tried it multiple times. He also left place clean (used shoes covers - not like the other company) and explained everything. Price was also better then quoted by other companies. Dignity is really one of the best companies I dealt with in long time.

I noticed on a Sunday morning that there was a possible leak coming from my front yard. I called Dignity Plumbing who sent Kylan out to assess and fix the problem. The leak happened to be coming from an irrigation line and not a plumbing line. And although it wasn’t necessarily a plumbing problem, Kylan took the time to find the leak and better yet replaced the broken line therefore fixing the leak. I was impressed with the service and the ability to find a solution to my problem rather than having me call a landscaper.

The first company we contacted that didn't turn us away for having a convoluted water system to work with was Dignity Plumbing. Everyone else wanted to completely replumb our house when we just wanted to install a softener! Ryan Fitzgerald was our tech and bent over backwards to get our water softener installed. It was more difficult than expected, but he got it done. Five stars, would absolutely use again!

Scott my repair man replaced my front spigot and my spigot in the rear. He charges $200. To take the old spigot off and replace it. Then he cut a hole in my back wall and replaced it then left a hole in my house. Told me we don't do stucco. The entire job took less than an hour. And the entire project took less than an hour. I have to spigots and a hole in my wall that I have to pay to fix. He never told me prior to starting that project that I would incurre this cost.. I can not recommend your company to an other senior citizen and will contact the BBB first thing tomorrow. I expected more.

My main water line sprung a leak for 2nd time in 2 years Sterling from Dignity was very responsive. Since I decided to replace the entire line, we needed the excavators to dig a trench. That occurred the following day . And the line was replaced a few hours later. The city inspector was impressed by the job. He said they did more than required by code. The water is running fine. Just waiting for the excavators to fill in the trench job well done.

1. I came home to water all over my kitchen floor.
2. I Panicked and called my insurance company to see how to proceed. They recommended a Restoration Company.
3. Restoration Company came out and literally wanted to tear out cabinets right then to diagnose. I said no. They recommended a plumber. I needed to think.
(Luckily, I was able to shut off the water to just the affected area and dry up the mess with towels)
4. I called thatPlumbing company and they sent out someone who definitely was not a plumber, had no clue as to where plumbing was run from, but did give a Free Estimate. I needed a Second Opinion!
5. My insurance company recommended Dignity Plumbing. I called. A human being answered without me having to push any buttons and they sent out a Technician. It wasn't free, but the $ would go towards the repairs. (Courtney?) on the phone was both professional and seemed to genuinely care about my issue and got me scheduled.
They sent out Scott, a very seasoned professional and he explained what would be done. It took me a day to figure out if I wanted to just have them try to fix without all the other removal and re-install, and in the end, I called Dignity back and they had Scott here within 24 hours.
Without removing anything, Scott cut the drywall inside my under sink cabinet and found the issue... A 1/2 crack in the cold water line. My issue was taken care of and at a very reasonable price!
In this day and age of lax customer service and employees who really either don't CARE about what they are doing, or don't KNOW what they're doing, it was so nice dealing with Dignity Plumbing! They are absolutely my new go to Plumbing service!

Repaired my very expensive kitchen faucet which was difficult. Scott worked patiently and stayed with it until everything fit perfectly. Dignity Team is the best!

Jason Delgado and his associate were EXCELLENT!!! So kind and friendly! We just moved into our home, and sewage had started backing up in the bathtub, toilet and shower, but Jason was able to unclog the drain! He found that the previous contractors who fixed the house had flushed non-biodegradable towels down the toilet! And both men helped shop-vac the sewage that had started spilling towards the hallway.

And he found that instead of the previous contractors repairing a fractured sewer access pipe that lead to the sewer drain pipe, they had just placed a plastic bag in the hole and a fake lid over it...which meant dirt and rocks were getting into the pipe which further clogged the pipe. So Jason and his associate dug out the fractured iron pipe, cut it out and replaced it with new PVC pipe. My family and I are so thankful!!! The drains are no longer clogged!

Also, the price of the repairs were great, especially with all the hard work they did in the hot Las Vegas sun. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I'm long overdue writing this. Woke up the morning of my house appraisal to find the hot water heater had burst. I called Dignity shortly after they opened, and before 11:00 we had a brand new hot water heater installed! Fernando completed the job on his day off for us. Would not recommend any other plumbing company but Dignity!

I had a strong sewer smell in a downstair bathroom any time I ran my upstairs water. After multiple attempts of trying to locate the smell I finally decided to call a plumber. I read hundreds of reviews and decided to call Dignity Plumbing. I am so glad I did. Jonathan from Dignity Plumbing arrived at the scheduled time ( even received a text when he was on his way). Jonathan started checking all the plumbing and figured out that the smell was coming from the wall behind the toilet. After pulling the toilet and removing some of the drywall it was determined that the cast-iron drain from upstairs was cracked. He cut out the 1 foot section of cracked pipe and replaced it. Thank goodness the smell is gone and for Dignity Plumbing. If you need a plumber you would be foolish to use anyone else. I was impressed immediately with my phone conversation with John. He was the only plumbing person I called that would give me an approximation of cost to fix my garbage disposal. Answered all my questions, and I had many.

Jesse the technician just left, said there was no problem with the disposal, probably just had something stuck, but it worked it's way through. He did not charge me a penny, not even a service call fee. I would reccommend Dignity Plumbing in a heartbeat. They will be the only people I call in the future for plumbing problems. Guy showed up blocked my driveway, he was mad right then. (I have to drop kid off it take 8.4 mins.) We came in I unlocked and opened the bathroom he asked, is this the bathroom. I said yes and told him a tooth brush got flushed, he asked if I had seen the toothbrush myself. I told him not for myself but my 5 year old said he flushed it down. He then gave me a quote of 275. I said, the last time a toothbrush was flushed it was $75 he laughed and said it was a lot of hard work. I told him on sec I'm calling my husband while I'm on the phone he keep making snide remarks and would not stop. He then said call someone else and walked out. Dude belittled me the whole time. Did not take my response as an answer. All that to say I reached my had up and grabbed the toothbrush. So if that's what he calls hard work and that's how he treats people I can not recomend you guys. $275 and no tools were required, no on the field training. What a rip off! Waaaaaay overpriced. Toilet gasket replacement $165. Hose bib replacement $185. These parts are ~$15. I’ll do the work myself.

I’ve used dignity twice and will continue to do so. On this occasion, jonathan arrived on time and resolved the leak. He explained the possible causes and was very clear helpful (and economical).

Antonio was very professional and very kind. The work was done at the home of my 88 year old mother and he kindly answered all of her questions. The work was excellent and the problem is no more!

Dignity Plumbing AKA Thomason Construction completed a job three other plumbers could not do without busting out a newly tiled shower enclosure or a freshly painted kitchen ceiling. They replaced and installed an outdated Roman tub fixture. The fixture was 25-years old and extraordinarily difficult to match up. The other aforementioned plumbers offered to install a new fixture but it would have entailed accessing the tub panel and I had just re-tiled my shower enclosure and painted my kitchen ceiling (two access points) so those were not options. Multiple trips to Lowes, Home Depot and boutique plumbing stores throughout Las Vegas by earlier plumbers failed to find a match. Dignity had a match and a reasonable installation quote within a few days. I was very impressed with the speed and commitment to this challenging project. John and Scott at Dignity pledged to see this job through to the very end and they delivered as promised.

Jonathan came out to my house to replace my provided Garbage Disposal that I picked up from Home Depot. It took about 45 minutes to have the unit replaced and Jonathan had limited resources (the unit I purchased did not come with required parts). My garbage disposal is no longer leaking and it is working great! Jonathan was very professional and efficient. Will use this company again if I have any other plumbing issues. 10/10

Earlier today my husband tried to turn off the valve to the cold water supply under the sink and the handle broke off. It had been a lot of years since they had been turned on or off.

I did a quick Google search and saw the high rating that was given to Dignity Plumbing. I called and Cortney answered the phone. I explained my problem to her, she gave me a quote over the phone and we set up an appointment for a tech to come to my home today.

Antonio was at my house probably an hour after I first spoke to Cortney. I explained the problem, he looked at it and gave me a very reasonable quote which was within the estimate of what Cortney told me.

Antonio did an amazing, thorough, fantastic and wonderful job.
He was also respectful of my home and my property.

It is a gamble to find a decent company just by doing a Google search but I feel like I hit the jackpot in dealing with Dignity Plumbing.

He quickly noticed that it was more of a worn-out gasket that caused the leaks from my shower drain leading to water drops from a small section of my ceiling downstairs. Had our water heating leaking so had Antonio come out and look at it. We had it installed 5 years ago, but Antonio looked up the serial number and found out the tank was actually 8 years old and it wasn’t properly installed. He has cleaned our 3 Rinnai tankless heaters, added 3 arresters to our new home, installed the Kohler motor for our steam shower, fastened and insulated the pipes in the attic. Upcoming is a jammed garbage disposal and install of some gas con-stab fittings. And, what's pretty special is witnessing Jonathan grow and mature into his career. I called at 1130. An appointment was scheduled between 1 and 5. They let me know when Scott was coming. He arrived at 2:15, assessed the toilet, gave me the cost, and completed it quickly. Was done by 2:30.
I am happy to have my toilet back.
Had second visit. Both toilets clogged. Scott was here at 1, cleared them both. May need to replace them both. He was very professional, did not charge for revisit.
10/21, toilet replaced. Very quickly done.
2nd toilet will be Monday 10/24.

I called at 8am after I saw my water heater had flooded my garage. The receptionist over the phone was extremely nice and pleasant and told me that the earliest appointment they could get for me that same day was an 11-1PM window, but that they would do everything they could to get someone out ASAP. Turns out the technician pulled up at 10 AM, told me that I needed a new water heater because clearly there was a leak and had the old one out and the new one installed within two hours. Scott was our tech and he got the job done. It’s been working great ever since.

More importantly to me, was the office manager Liz’s professionalism. I tried to make a claim with my insurance to see if they would help me pay for this unexpected expense, and my insurance company needed more info regarding diagnostics. Liz called them personally and spoke about the problem with my water heater and did everything she said she would do to help me make that claim. She truly went above and beyond, and that’s why I’m taking the time to write this review. I now see why they have 5 stars. Everyone was timely and kept their word. I won’t be calling anyone else for our plumbing needs, it’s hard to find good business with good ethics these days, and I’m glad I found them!!!
