Best Trenchless Sewer Replacement in Kansas City MO

We were prepared for the worst case scenario. The technician could have told us anything but he determined our issue could be fixed for $20. I definitely trust this company!

I can't say enough good things about Midwest Water & Sewer! I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. You won't regret it!

The plumber at LBA was very quick. I was so disappointed that they charged me $80 for the part and $200 for labor (although it only took him 30 to 40 min to replace). Please ask the question on the break down of the fee as I could've found a plumber 1/2 the price that focuses on the job instead of a flat rate for a simple job.

My tech Kevin. He was awesome not only at his job but great conversation. I enjoyed talking with him. Hands down one of the best experiences in a long time. Definitely would suggest if you need their services. They are the ones to call. Again thanks Kevin love the upbeat attitude.

Kyle was extremely friendly and listened while I explained the issue with our water heater. Unfortunately, we failed to write down the error code we were getting and the system had fixed itself by the time he arrived. He still took the time to call some other people and talk through potential causes of our problem should it happen again. We've called Ben Franklin out twice since living in this home and have been very impressed with their response time and service. Highly recommend using them!
