Best Trenchless Sewer Replacement in Kansas City MO

I can't say enough good things about Midwest Water & Sewer! I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. You won't regret it!

Terry did a fantastic job. He arrived on time and was respectful of our house. He answered all of our questions and explained our options and once we chose a plan did it quickly and professionally. If we ever need a plumber again Plumbing Pro will be our choice!!

Received same day service. Very professional and nice man, Brett White, arrived within time frame I was given. He was done cleaned up and gone in 45 minutes. He explained what the problem was and several actions to take to prevent this from happening again.

The reason I gave this 4 stars is that we requested the service yesterday from 6-8pm. The company confirmed the service and stated they would let us know when a tech was headed our way. At around 8pm I decided to call to figure out what was going on. They ended up being super busy and unable to make it which I understand but I just wish someone would of reached out to us.they did come the next morning. Other than that the service was great and the tech that came was super nice and did the job quickly.

We love this company. You get what you pay for! We have used them 3 times since November of 2022.Everyone we have worked with has been very courteous, knowledgeable, honest and got the job done within the timing promised.Bruce Richardson just left and gave us great news. We thought we may need an outside faucet replaced. He checked it out and told us we just needed a new vacuum breaker kit.Many companies would have just replaced the faucet and charged us for it.While he was here, he checked another outside faucet just to be sure it was ok as well.A big thank you to all the guys that have helped fix all of our plumbing and water leak problems over the past few months. We’e got your number and will definitely use it again if we have plumbing needs.

Very pleasant and helpful receptionist. She set the appointment for the next day, and then she called when there was a cancellation to see if I wanted the technician to come sooner. He came on time, was very nice and finally FINALLY got my drains cleared. I'd reccomend KCPlumbing Pro, based on my experience with them.

Raw sewage backed up into our basement. Called ABMAY and they could not clear the line and quoted a $10,000 total replacement. Contacted 3 other companies, all similar to ABMAY. Contacted AFFORDABLE and the name says it all. First of all they DID clear the line for $650.00!!! Told me exactly what the problem was. Examined the entire line, front to back-- that is more than 100'. Gave me an option that would cost half of the other quys. Please call them first, don't waste your time on anyone else!
