I hired a handyman to help rebuild my mothers front steps. Steve was on time, courteous, did quality work and, when my mother unexpectedly fell ill while working at her house, stayed with her until the paramedics arrived. Then he backed me to let me know. Amazing service! I’m so grateful.

Mike is extremely timely, knowledgeable, and professional. Does excellent work for a fair price (much more reasonable than other companies we've used). Goes above and beyond to make sure the job gets done efficiently and done well. Class act!

Ask price up front. I did not. Had a leaking wax ring. They came out in a timely manner and replaced the bolts (which now stick up 3 inches) wax ring & supply line & reset toilet. Prices was $89 for service call and $285 to reset toilet for a total $374. The plumber was there for 1/2 hour. I called other plumbers after the fact & found I over paid at least $100.

They showed up on time, were friendly and helpful, and they did a great job installing my new hot water heater.

Excellent service, timely, knowledgeable, efficient and affordable. We are happy to have found our new plumber.

I just want to say Thanks for this company coming out to the rescue for my sump pump PIPE before the freezecome in! Bryan did an awesome job in fixing it, had another company out yesterday and said they COULDN'T Fix it and said you can go get this part and that part and I'm like ok, I'm NOT a plumper myself so I had to make a call to the professional.... Our HOA used Vaughan to remove an unused 2 City water meter before we had our private streets repaved. Tommy Vaughan scheduled an appointment in just a few days, was prompt and delivered a bid where several other requests for bid didn't. His guys were efficient, courteous, and explained things well. Vaughan coordinated everything with the City Permits department and the Water Department. It was all wrapped up quickly, with minimal disruption to the surrounding grounds with the dig. Highly recommend them.

I had Rainbow come out to fix a backed up shower and toilet. They fixed the problem that day, but within six days it was backed up again. Dave and Jonathan came out for the second time and it took just a few minutes to clear the line. They both mentioned that I might consider having the old copper replaced where it attached to the cast iron sewer line, since that was where it was always getting clogged up at. Five days later, yep, it was backed up again. Debbie had them come out first thing Monday morning and they knew right where the trouble was. I want to mention that I was only charged for their first visit. The last two times Rainbow came out there was no charge. At this point it was clear that the pipe needed to be replaced so I called and Debbie set it up for the next afternoon. I requested Dave and Jonathan do the work and they were done in a couple of hours. Both Dave and Jonathan were friendly, professional and courteous. They also answered any questions I had about the work they were doing, taking time to explain it to me. I actually understand more about plumbing now than I did before. I have recommended Rainbow to several friends of mine and I appreciate the great customer service I've always received from everyone there!!
