Absolutely outstanding. This is an owner/operator. He is running a small business and does great work. The guy you speak with on the phone is the guy putting in your water heater. I researched pricing and other services provided in the area and KC Water Heaters was the best option. He charged me hundreds less for parts than others and worked on the job until it was done right. The install of my water heater ended up being a longer job due to the age of the home, the vents and the piping. KC Water Heaters ensured everything was squared away. He even checked his work - noticed a small leak in a fitting. He took extra time and effort to make sure it was PERFECT. This is clearly an individual who cares about his business and customers. Contacted Poor John’s based on recommendations of friends. I also appreciated fact that their prices are posted online so I had an idea of what to expect. When I called for appointment everything was explained well to me by Jasmine ( I think that was her name). The repair person Shawn called to advise when he would arrive and was on time.
