We use Anthony for all of our HVAC and plumbing (our new system was installed by a different company prior to our purchasing our house in 2020). I put in a work order request on Easter Sunday and a technician called at 740 Monday morning to confirm his arrival. Royle was knowledgeable and friendly and a joy to chat with first thing on a Monday! I have found everyone at Anthony to be reliable and fair-priced. I won't use anyone else!

Heating and cooling went out last fall, called climate control. Had someone out rather quick which was impressive. Ended up getting new furnace, ac unit, and 3 mini units for our upstairs, almost 20 grand later everything is working perfect. Fast forward less than a year and 2 of our mini ac units don't work for nothing. Called in early June to get it fixed. Took two days to get someone here, he shows up claims to have fixed the problem. Here we sit a week later ac units don't work again, called them Friday and said they'd have someone out Saturday to fix it, well here it is Monday and no one is here yet. Called me while I'm sleeping and me having explained last time, I work over nights, so they have to show up on my day off. So now I'm sitting here not being able to sleep cause I am waiting on cc to show up. Will never recommend you all to anyone again. Oh yeah and if you call yo have them fix what they didn't fix right the first time, they charge you 80 dollars.

The technician Dylan Franklin was amazing!! He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the services he provided. If we have any issues in the future we will definitely try to request him. Great job!

I can't say enough good things about Midwest Water & Sewer! I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. You won't regret it!

I cannot tell you how wonderful it was working with CPS! I have never called a plumber before and was very hesitant to start dialing off Google. When I called CPS Jenny immediately put me at ease and scheduled me for an appointment. I will never claim to know anything about plumbing. The CPS team went above and beyond to take care of my issue which was a clogged toilette that had broken parts. The work was done same day and within 2 hours, the price was very reasonable and the service was BEYOND amazing. If you are looking for a plumber call CPS!!! Amazing family owned local business. I will have the team on speed dial and recommend them to everyone!!!!!!

MIke at Bristol Plumbing is so responsive and does such great work. I have had them at my home to do work several times including a trip to my house in sub zero temperatures to check for frozen pipes. They have done a outstanding job from replacing fixtures in my bathroom to fixing leaks. I give them a 5 star rating and would recommend them to anyone!

I recently decided to replace our 15 year old water heater once I heard the new regulations were going into effect.
