Horrible experience!!!! Horrible customer service. My husband Valentino has had to go back and forth with them and to this day we still have a huge hole in our yard, that is a complete safety hazard. Do not go with this company unless you enjoy gambling.

For anyone out there looking for a plumber stop right now...John the plumber and his crew were the most professional people I've ever had come do anything to my house I have hired electricians two plumbers and John the plumber had to come repair most of that stuff or go around it because the people I paid $4,000 to messed up so John the plumber came and fixed everything for me my basement is clear my drains are unclogged and he has a very very reasonable rate love the service. And it is brilliant how knowledgeable he is. This is a man that's here to help you not rob you and your bank account 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪🗜️🔩🔧🔨⚒️‼️

We worked with Larry #301, and he was amazing! The company gave us a 4hr window, and Larry arrived, all smiles and ready to help, within the hour. He was very friendly, and was able to quickly assess our issue. Larry gave us all pricing up front, and provided us some tips about installing our new toilet. We then asked how much to install the toilet also, and he was able to give a revised quote. This was great when you are on a budget, but we mostly appreciated that he was at all times knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Calling a plumber on a Sunday afternoon is never on the agenda, but Roto Rooter and Larry helped us quickly and accurately. Thanks All!

Still the best plumber I've never used. I recently had a leak that Jerry was super helpful with in walking me through some steps to help identify the location. He did this on his own time which just shows what a stand up person he is. Unfortunately he was booked out for several days and our family could not wait to fix a leaking pipe so I had to get someone else to do the work. I'll add this is the second time Jerry has been super helpful and nice (once about 5 years ago too) on his own time and dime. If I ever need any plumbing job done this is definitely the guy I'll be calling.

Essary Plumbing was really put to the test with our plumbing issue and they passed with flying colors! These guys are the best! They came to find the blockage in our pipes, using a camera to see what the problem was. It looked like one thing, so they pushed with two different pieces of equipment (making two trips in one day!), but the clog wouldn't budge. Acid was the next thing to try, but it wouldn't dissolve the clog, so the only option left was to cut my wall and the pipe (cast iron) to remove the clog. They did and they took great care with my house and its contents, covering things with plastic, cutting the smallest space possible in the wall and removing the clog (a dead squirrel, the first they'd ever seen in 75+ years of combined plumbing experience!). They replaced the pipe and my issue was solved. Best of all, they took the squirrel with them when they left! They really cared about my issue, working late, making several trips, and even coming in on a Saturday to work on my clog because they knew we were inconvenienced by this clog. This was the first time I'd used Essary; they were recommended to me by my regular plumber because of their camera, but I'd recommend them to anyone for any plumbing issue. They are friendly, clean, very knowledgeable, and work hard. They care about your problem and take good care of your home. And if they can figure out a dead squirrel climbed down my vent pipe and got into my cast iron plumbing pipe and get that disgusting thing out, I imagine they can handle about anything else.

Josh and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, responsible, timely and courteous. They've worked two jobs for us in two years. They are honest and the cost is reasonable.
