Climate control is great! Called when the AC wasn't working right, and they got someone out very quickly. Chris was very courteous, and knowledgeable....taking the time to explain everything he needed to do, as well as the price. Overall great experience

July 2020: Fabian did an excellent and fast job clearing a clogged toilet caused by my toddler son. He explained the price up front, was courteous and personable. Another excellent experience. ☺️Jan 2020 and June 2020: Donovan has been great both times he's been out. Fast and reliable. His first visit was to clear out the main line. This second visit was just to clear the floor drain itself. Since both problems cause the drain to back up, he could have easily said it was the main line again, but thankfully he checked the drain itself first, saving me time and money. I really appreciate that. ☺️December 2019: Chris and Marcus were awesome and solved our plumbing problem quickly and efficiently. They were so nice to my toddlers running around. Chris made duck noises at the kids and it made them laugh 😁

I called KC Water Heaters on a Monday morning and appointment scheduled for following morning at 10 AM. Chase is a true professional at what he does. He called me at 9:30 and arrived as scheduled. Personal opinion is you will not find a more pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, honest, or conscientious installer. His character and service is exceptional. Highly recommend to close friends, neighbors, and anyone else needing water heater service.

Called Saturday night for a Sunday morning appointment. Peter showed up and was able to clear the clog quickly. I highly reccomend this company. 7/5 would use again.

Very unprofessional. We told them we needed 3 shut off valves replaced before they came. They showed up looked at what we wanted done which they already knew. Then they left to go get parts. What plumber doesn't have parts (valves) on their truck? In the meantime they are charging you for their time to go get the parts you already told them you needed. A total of 3 hours including the over 1 hour it took them to go get 3 shut off valves. Then they didn't even put on new scussions with they valve replacement. And charged an absurd amount of $550.00. This place is a trap. They show up then run off to get parts and charge you an arm and a leg. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Top notch. Extremely happy. My main water valve stopped working, and these guys fixed it very quickly. We had another project we were working on to begin with, and they took care of that too! DEFINITELY WILL REUSE

He did a great job and was honest about any mishaps made with bring in the equipment needed. Nothing major but I wouldn’t have know had he not spoke up about it.

Our claw foot tub faucet had a persistent leak and Quick Relief identified the issue instantly. They installed a brand new faucet and even took the time to make sure the new faucet was perfectly centered because the old one was not. I could not be more pleased with their service, expertise, and professionalism.

He came right away fixed my water link in no time . And a good price. If you need a good plumber that won't break the bank . Call Doug. He very polite too.
