Might just be my new go-to plumber. I called this morning to get on the schedule for an in-home consultation and someone answered immediately. Those big names sometimes won’t answer and certainly don’t return you call if you leave a message. They had next day availability but I was told there was a chance I could get someone out as soon as the afternoon. Well, sure enough they were able to fit me in. Let me tell you, Kevin and Luke are some of the nicest guys you’ll meet. Kevin quickly diagnosed my issue and got the work done fast (I’m doing a small bathroom reno and need to switch from a 2 handle shower to a single). Like a real pro, he made recommendations that will end up saving me some money. The service from CPS is top notch, I’m certain that I’ll be using them again in the future.

I have always thought Bristol was great but this past weekend I got a real education. In a temporary lapse in judgment, I called another plumber in an emergency. They came out and gave me a bid that was astronomical. I told them to leave and called Mike at Bristol, The next day, he came out and did the job quickly and professionally for roughly 20% of what the other outfit bid.

This is a great guy, a good business and someone you should stick with regardless of the circumstances. Really knows his stuff and really works hard to do it right the first time for a reasonable price.

Extremely responsive and inexpensive. Knowledge was top notch and I could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. They explained another problem I was having and fixed it at no charge.

It's been 8 months since I got them replaced my old water heater and it is working good since then. Chase was willing to giving estimate based on the pictures of my existing component, explaining what's needed for the new installation and what can still work. Their pricing was lower than other large company in the market. The installation was neat, everything cleaned out after completion. He also explained to me how the atmosphere draft type of heater suffer when there is negative air pressure in the basement, and how my old unit is suffering from top panel rusted out. Adequate new air for the combustion, suggested me to install air louver allow air from the finished basement to supply new air.
About the Bradford brand heater he installed, I think it is good, we got 6 people showering same night(not concurrent) and hotter water did not run out.

It's been over a year since Poor John's replaced our main sewer line. They did it for about half the price. We're really happy with it!

We had Plumbline install a new water heater, water softener, and filter. Bryan was very friendly, did a great job for us, and the price was fair. We will use them again!

Jerry is the best plumber in the business. Anytime I have an issue, I can text him and I will get thoughtful response with advice and even pictures/diagrams on how to solve the issue myself if he isn't able to come fix it himself.

Essary Plumbing was really put to the test with our plumbing issue and they passed with flying colors! These guys are the best! They came to find the blockage in our pipes, using a camera to see what the problem was. It looked like one thing, so they pushed with two different pieces of equipment (making two trips in one day!), but the clog wouldn't budge. Acid was the next thing to try, but it wouldn't dissolve the clog, so the only option left was to cut my wall and the pipe (cast iron) to remove the clog. They did and they took great care with my house and its contents, covering things with plastic, cutting the smallest space possible in the wall and removing the clog (a dead squirrel, the first they'd ever seen in 75+ years of combined plumbing experience!). They replaced the pipe and my issue was solved. Best of all, they took the squirrel with them when they left! They really cared about my issue, working late, making several trips, and even coming in on a Saturday to work on my clog because they knew we were inconvenienced by this clog. This was the first time I'd used Essary; they were recommended to me by my regular plumber because of their camera, but I'd recommend them to anyone for any plumbing issue. They are friendly, clean, very knowledgeable, and work hard. They care about your problem and take good care of your home. And if they can figure out a dead squirrel climbed down my vent pipe and got into my cast iron plumbing pipe and get that disgusting thing out, I imagine they can handle about anything else.
