Tim recognized our need to replace a water heater plus addl plumbing. He started the job about 8:30p on Sat and completed it about 2am Sun! Above and beyond. Price was high but within reason compared to others.

I can't say enough good things about Midwest Water & Sewer! I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. You won't regret it!

Zach, from Mr. Rooter, came out to assess a low water pressure and drain issue with all sinks and washer in the house, Zach was able to fix the issue and educate me on everything and also provide a drain cleaner that wouldn't damage our lines. We are very happy with the service and recommend Zach.

Pat installed a tankless water heater for us and did a great job. He was efficient and reasonable.

I had a clogged kitchen drain beyond the trap under the sink. Joey came out and successfully unclogged the drain. He quoted me a fair price and even though he was here a little past the initial hour, he did not charge any extra. He was very polite, kept the mess to a minimum, and cleaned up everything before leaving. He was very helpful by answering a lot of questions I had about use of the garbage disposal and a few other issues. This was the second time I have used this company and both experiences have been very satisfactory.

The process was simple... Just call to make the apt and they showed up within the promised time frame. Justice was professional and clean working. I will definitely be calling them for my next plumbing needs!! Thank you!!

Very pleasant and helpful receptionist. She set the appointment for the next day, and then she called when there was a cancellation to see if I wanted the technician to come sooner. He came on time, was very nice and finally FINALLY got my drains cleared. I'd reccomend KCPlumbing Pro, based on my experience with them.

Never actually used them because they quoted me one price and then the next day quoted me a price $100 more than the previous quote just one day before!
