I can't say enough good things about Midwest Water & Sewer! I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. You won't regret it!

Danny came during the time he said he would. He quickly assessed the problem and quickly fixed the problem. He even added a shut off valve to help with possible issues in the future. I will definitely call The Plumbing Pro for any future needs.

Fast and efficient

All my experiences with Quality Plumbing have been great. I have had two service calls in the past year that were handled professionally and prompt. I had a few follow-up questions on other things that they were willing to talk me through over the phone. I will definitely use them again.

Nick Chaney was prompt, professional, and very thorough. He took great efforts to ensure I fully understood the scope of the project, the estimated time of repair, and the cost. Upon completion, he provided a complete tutorial on how the devices worked, what we should do to properly maintain them, and thoroughly cleaned the area of all debris. He is an excellent technician and a complete professional. He is the first person I will call on any and all future plumbing needs.

My service provider, Dwayne was very helpful. He explained everything that he was doing in terms that I could understand. He was very friendly and cleaned everything up before leaving. I really appreciate his professionalism and I've always received great service from Roto-Rooter.

Very pleasant and helpful receptionist. She set the appointment for the next day, and then she called when there was a cancellation to see if I wanted the technician to come sooner.
