Plumbing Pro is a company with a conscience, integrity, and pride in workmanship. Travis spent over four hours at my home pulling tree roots out of my pipes. He did his job. He didn’t stop at the first blockage and tell me that the only thing to do was to replace my pipes, he persevered and completed the job. His knowledge about what needed to be done saved me over $13,000.00 I would have spent if I had not gotten a second assessment. It says a lot about a company and the people who represent that company for doing what is needed no matter how long it takes or how difficult the task is to complete. Mark and his guys made a very unfortunate situation a very pleasant and easy process. Every issue that we had or question that we had was answered quickly and gave complete peace of mind. The work that they did was cleaned up each day to the point where you wouldn't have even known anyone was there and they would up turning a huge headache into a major upgrade for our home. Alex M was awesome. He fixed the problem very effectively. As he did so, he educated me as to what failed, why, how to prevent it in the future, and how to fix it in the future. I still paid way more than I wanted to, but it was a necessary expense, and Alex seemed very trustworthy, honest, genuine, and fair. Having quite a problem with one of our units and Chris and his contact with Mitsubishi were able to troubleshoot the issue with circuit board. Very personable and informative with explaining issue. The issue with the board is being resolved but it is on order at the moment.

Roto-Rooter came out the day I called and cleared my blocked downspout extension. They were professional and even took the time to clean up my patio upon completion of their work. Jason #131 and Rob #3476 took great care of me and my drain issue and Roto-Rooter has a very happy customer.

Outstanding..... while this was the fourth service call in the course of six days they didn’t give up and take the easy why out. I fully believe most companies would of took my money and continued to charge me for additional work. I have had the pleasure of actually see a company and it’s employee’s put the needs of the customer first. Even the office staff has been so gracious when speaking with them on the phone. This was Royel’s second trip to the house. He was upbeat and expressed his willingness to assist with resolving the sewer blockage. Isaiah his assistant mirrored the same willingness. The day before a crew had attempted to Chain Grind our roots and had hit a blockage. Not giving up on the process, recommended an additional crew come out today and camera the line an additional time. Two additional blockages was located and successfully cut through. The crew’s determination and skill appears to have resolved the problem with one more service call to grind up the root balls and flush the complete line. Royel and Isaiah are yet another great team. I have not been charged a penny more that what was agreed upon. Yes...five service calls, but they were able to save and clean a very old sewer line that will serve for many years to come. I calculate my saving by not replacing the sewer line at least $8,000.00. Tremendous new technology in conjunction with skill on the part of all the service technician. Couldn’t be happier!!

We realized at 2 pm that my mom’s 15 year old garbage disposal was leaking. We called Snake N Rooter and asked if they could send out Bryan Ford as he had worked on a sewer drain problem at mom’s house before. By 6:15 Mom had a new disposal in and Bryan was on to his next job. Such great service and such a nice guy ! Would recommend you try this company and ask for Bryan.
