I woke up to a dead hot water heater. I feared that meant a new hot water heater as I knew it was old. Plumbing Pro sent someone out within two hours and my bill was extremely reasonable. It's working again (but it's still old).

Mark and his guys made a very unfortunate situation a very pleasant and easy process. Every issue that we had or question that we had was answered quickly and gave complete peace of mind. The work that they did was cleaned up each day to the point where you wouldn't have even known anyone was there and they would up turning a huge headache into a major upgrade for our home. The service we received with Golden's Plumbing was great. The owner/plumber, Mike, had helped us in the past to diagnose a second floor leak that could have been a major problem, but with his honest assessment and guidance the leak was identified immediately and with minimum cost. I was impressed with Mikes professionalism so I set up an appointment to replace our faucets & lines that were appropriately 30 years old. We had corrosion and leakage issues. When we set up the appointment our questions were well explained. Mike is experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. Golden's Plumming is locally owned and services are reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Besides needed major repairs completed, they helped with a basement bath and replaced an old stainless sink with a heavy fireclay. The work is quality and prices reasonable.

The guys who come out to your house do great work and arrive within the appointed window. Pricing is quite reasonable as well. The office staff are polite and seem to know their work, but not very quick to follow up if you have to leave a message, which, it seems, you often have to do. Will be looking elsewhere in the future.
