These guys are great!
We had our sewer line break and cause a back up. They came out on Saturday, diagnosed it and provided an estimate.
We called them back late Monday and . they are ready. They were here to work early Wednesday (they couldn't start until the city permit was issued) dug 12ft. down to the pipes, fixed the problem, had it inspected, and refilled the trench before day's end. They even came back to grade the yard on Thursday.
Friendly, honest, and timely. I would definitely reccomend that you call them the next time you need plumbing done right.

These guys do great work at a great price! They're always on time and do what they say they're going to do. I even had them do some work on my house when I wasn't able to be there, and didn't worry about a thing. Really impressed!

Alex was amazing. He was on-time and immediately identified the issue(s) with our shower. At the same time he also showed me what he intended to do with the sink... it needed a stopper added. He took the time to show me how much it would cost, and even had to leave to get a part but DID NOT CHARGE for the time it took him to get that part. If I ever need another plumber, I'm asking for Alex from True Blue Plumbing... he spoiled me with his GREAT service!!!

I had Pierpoint come out and give me a quote for three issues, needed a new outdoor spigot, pressure release valve, and a water shut off in the crawl space.

Quote went fine, I called a week or so later to schedule someone to come out. Day of my appointment, guy shows up and asks what we're doing. Tell him about the three issues above, says he doesn't have a spigot on hand and will need to run to the store. He's gone for an hour, not the end of the world but comes back and gets to it. He comes and gets me when he's done, tells me about how a pipe in my crawlspace is disconnected and someone will reach out to give me a quote since that's not his job, I pay and he leaves.

I decide to check on the water shut off as I was about to go on vacation and turns out they didn't install the shut off, only the pressure release valve. I call back and ask if they can come back out and install the shut off as well as give me the quote for the disconnected pipe. Lady on the phone is nice and says they'll have the same guy come out and install it and have the quote guy come at the same time.

Next day, guy does show up and fix the issue but the guy who was supposed to give me a quote for the disconnected pipe never shows up. No explanation or reschedule either.

Ended up calling someone else (John from Superior Plumbing KC) who came out day-of and fixed the pipe in less than 30 minutes, so I'm not really sure why Pierpoint needed to have another person come out and give me a quote when it was an easy fix.

Overall they did what I paid them to do, but communication was poor and I'm not a fan of how they seemingly were fine with letting my pipe stay disconnected down there dumping water/waste.

I Have an older house that was built about 85 yrs ago, John and his service team together assessed what needed to be done to complete drain pipes for roughing upstairs bathroom. They did a great job and would used their services again as well as recommend to others.

I am not the one to leave reviews – however, I was very unimpressed with this company. I reached out to them on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 around 5:30pm asking if a plumber was available for emergency services due to a pipe partially being removed (unprofessionally) and caused both bathrooms (toilets, sinks and showers) to be unusable. They stated a tech would be out within two hours. A little after 7pm, stating the tech had been delayed and will be a little late than expected. I then received another call shortly after stating a tech was not available and was unable to come out tonight. I was asked if I wanted to reschedule for the next day. With the good reviews I read and the service initially not being terrible, I agreed to schedule a visit for Wednesday, June 26, 2019 between 1pm-4pm and was assured and reassured (since i had to leave work early to be home to meet them) someone would be out. On Wednesday around 3pm I received a call informing me the tech was delayed and would probably be out before 5pm. Came 6pm, no one showed up. Reached out to them and was informed they were still delayed and wouldn’t be able tot make it out for another few hours. Around 7pm, I get the last call: “unable to make it tonight, would you like to reschedule”. I think this company really needs work on their scheduling. If they would have told me there were no available opening, I could have moved onto another company that same day instead of wasting money on a hotel for two nights waiting for them to come. After they delayed 3 times and canceled twice, I finally moved on to R-Mech Heating, Cooling and Plumbing. They were extremely nice and had a tech, Kyle, out within two hours. Received an official quote within another two hours. This is the correct way it should be done. Roto-Rooter, please take notes!

Kila was very professional and knew exactly how to solve my plumbing problem. He was able to easily explain he problem and developed a plan to solve it. I was grateful for the speed in which they came out to fix my plumbing issue. Great service!

Jerry is amazing! Always responsive. We dealt with a leak that started right after our house was built and several plumbers later and 2 ceilings replaced we still had the leak. Jerry found the leak and fixed it and we haven't had any trouble since.

Essary Plumbing was really put to the test with our plumbing issue and they passed with flying colors! These guys are the best! They came to find the blockage in our pipes, using a camera to see what the problem was. It looked like one thing, so they pushed with two different pieces of equipment (making two trips in one day!), but the clog wouldn't budge. Acid was the next thing to try, but it wouldn't dissolve the clog, so the only option left was to cut my wall and the pipe (cast iron) to remove the clog. They did and they took great care with my house and its contents, covering things with plastic, cutting the smallest space possible in the wall and removing the clog (a dead squirrel, the first they'd ever seen in 75+ years of combined plumbing experience!). They replaced the pipe and my issue was solved. Best of all, they took the squirrel with them when they left! They really cared about my issue, working late, making several trips, and even coming in on a Saturday to work on my clog because they knew we were inconvenienced by this clog. This was the first time I'd used Essary; they were recommended to me by my regular plumber because of their camera, but I'd recommend them to anyone for any plumbing issue. They are friendly, clean, very knowledgeable, and work hard. They care about your problem and take good care of your home. And if they can figure out a dead squirrel climbed down my vent pipe and got into my cast iron plumbing pipe and get that disgusting thing out, I imagine they can handle about anything else.

We just had our master bath shower plumbing and hardware replaced. We had a very bad leak. They were able to come out within 24 hours and assess it and quote us. We scheduled them right then and there since Josh gave us all the information and answered my questions as well as giving us a great price. The service we received a few days later was professional, courteous, quick, and all around great. We will be recommending Above and Beyond to anyone and everyone. We will also be scheduling our hall bath to be done as well. Thank you so much for creating a great company that provides superior service.

Joey #360 did an amazing job replacing some pipeline coming from our kitchen line. He took the time to explain everything and the cost related to what he would have to do in order for us to have a working line. He worked very efficiently and was able to get our kitchen sink working again the same day! Would highly recommend calling them for your plumbing needs. Ask for Joey, he is awesome!
