Best Tankless Water Heaters in Kansas City MO

We began using KB Complete a few years ago when we had a plumbing leak in an old cast iron drainpipe that was discovered on a Friday evening, and we couldn't get help from our previous plumber. KB responded immediately and sent a serviceman out. We were very impressed with the quality of the repair and decided to look into to other services they offered. After having them service our furnace the next season, and being pleased with our technician , we signed a service contract for heating and air conditioning (which also gives a 15% discount on plumbing) with them. Alex F. just came out to service our furnace. He was very knowledgeable, explained what he did as well as what and why he needed to replace a part. He was very personable. The entire company is very friendly, from the receptionist to all the service techs. We are very pleased with KB Complete.

I found CPS through Google and the previous reviews stood true with the service that I received! Chuck was very consultative and was able to take care of what I needed in a short time and with fair costs! I will use CPS again!

We were new to the Kansas City area and found Mike via a neighbor referral. Mike came out and fixed two shower valves that were not operating correctly. He did this quickly and in a professional manner. He was also very responsive and completed the work at a great value!

Bill is FANTASTIC! He fixed our hot water heater when we were in a real pinch then circled back with some overdue maintenance. All was preceded by approved estimates and completed without an extras. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bill!

Had a sewer line backup, they responded same day on the weekend, they cleared the backup and used slip ons over their shoes.
