I am ecstatic with the service provided by Connelly Plumbing and cannot recommend them enough.

We had serious water pressure issues with our kitchen sink and refrigerator water line and had no clue what was causing either issue. We first hired Bob Hamilton. They sent a 20-year-old kid to our house who obviously had no clue what was causing either issue and said we likely had calcium sediment accumulation. He recommended a multi-thousand dollar repair despite displaying very little confidence that he had actually diagnosed our problem. We declined and resigned to having terrible water pressure in our kitchen.

On a recommendation from a friend, we gave Connelly Plumbing a shot. Steve (the owner) showed up to our house and immediately diagnosed both issues independently. He repaired the refrigerator water line within 20 minutes of the first visit and scheduled an appointment to fix our kitchen sink -- which he did without a problem. Both visits were very reasonably priced. Needless to say, we've been cursing Bob Hamilton's name ever since seeing how swiftly and cheaply Steve was able to get our pressure back to normal.

I've happily relied on Mike and Bristol Plumbing for several years and in more than one house. Not only is Mike on time, but he makes the time. This is crucial with acute plumbing problems. They replaced a toilet control earlier. I had a leaking problem. It was fixed but found it was slowly leaking again. They returned found I had a crack in a permanent piece. Found a work around. As always were great individuals to work with. Enjoy their coming even though not always why the have to come.

Labor Day morning awoke to no hot water and a steady stream of water running from the bottom of my old water heater. I called several well known plumbers in the KC Metro Area but none could make it today. Then i got ahold of Chase with KC Water Heater. Not only did he bring out and install a new water heater on Labor Day but his price was about 40% less than the nearest estimate from other plumbers. He was very professional, immaculate in his workmanship, very neat and clean but he also explained the why's to a lot of questions i had. I can not say enough about the quality paired with affordability that is so rare today.

Mark and his guys made a very unfortunate situation a very pleasant and easy process. Every issue that we had or question that we had was answered quickly and gave complete peace of mind. The work that they did was cleaned up each day to the point where you wouldn't have even known anyone was there and they would up turning a huge headache into a major upgrade for our home. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family and using them for future projects.

Had a sewer line backup, they responded same day on the weekend, they cleared the backup and used slip ons over their shoes.
