I supplied my own bathroom faucet and needed them to fix shutoffs set with other repairs to sink ($189.00). Total was $527.00. We were very shocked that they charged us $366.00 for just replace the bathroom faucet which they never mention about the cost when we were talking on the phone. It should cost $75.00 to $100 to replace the bathroom faucet. Rip off!!!

Came over with basically no notice to check my spouse's DIY attempt at installing a new water heater. It turned into a several hours job of basically redoing the entire thing. They stayed well after their normal hours, were exceedingly kind, and still cost about half what Roto Rooter had quoted just for installation labor a week before. I picked them based on their reviews and they did not disappoint.

So glad we called The Plumbing Pro! Travis is a total ROCK STAR & was extremely thorough/educational in his description of our issue with our sewer line. He gave great detail about what was going on & the steps we need to take to rectify the problem. We will not use anyone else! Travis made us much less anxious about a sewage problem in our home & we are much more comfortable with the fix knowing he will be doing the work!

Had Alex and Josh clean my drains they also came back and put some solution in the drains to help open them up.

I had a great experience with True Blue. I needed modifications to my kitchen water line so I could get a dishwasher installed. Time was important, True Blue was able to schedule me for the next day when others were looking at times a week out.Alex contacted me when he was on his way. He was professional, nice, etc etc. The important thing is that he came up with a really good solution for my problem. My waterline was all weird, the dishwasher was hooked up to a distinct line that was hidden behind the wall and hard to get to. He had the elegant idea to take the hot water line for the sink and put in a tee joint so it could service both the sink faucet and the dishwasher. Smart solution, the work was well done, and the price was reasonable.I'm done with the radio darlings like Bob Hamilton, Service Experts, and AB May. There's a reason they advertise so much on radio and tv...because their high prices give them enough income to invest in advertising. Does it make their services better? Nope! Just more expensive. True Blue was great, they're my go-to from now on. I will ask for Alex each time I need work done.

Just had Danny from Quality Plumbing out to evaluate a backup in our basement. Problem has been fixed and mind put at ease. I would highly recommend these guys! Especially if you like good work at a fair price.

I called Mission for what I thought was a simple job. My shower had low pressure likely caused by a valve or something. They send a plumber out for the $49 fee to look at it. He eyeballs it and says I need 2 new cartridges and it is likely to be $600. Ok, fine, it needs to be fixed. He doesn't recognize the brand but says the guys back in the shop will be able to ID it with the pictures. He calls back and said they need to replace more (the valve) and now it will be more than $1,000. I call the shop and said I want a real estimate of my options with them actually taking the plate off to see the parts I need to replace. The office says they will send someone out the next day. No one shows up. Said the appointment was set but dispatch messed up. They set up an appointment the next day. On that day, I get a call from the plumber that came and visited and he said his manager said they just don't want to mess with this shower. Very unprofessional to just walk away from a customer like that because it may be a brand they are not familiar with. Called and complained and they did refund the $49 which got them to 2 stars.
