I discovered a water heater leak on Monday morning. Quality had a plumber at my house in the afternoon. They replaced my very old 80-gallon tank with two side-by-side 50 gallon tanks, and added the electrical work, a pressure expansion tank, and dual feeds.
Absolutely recommend. Plus, the technician was kind, explained everything well, and was very careful around my escape artist cats.

The plumber mislead me and was dishonest. He told me a simple clearance of the main would be $750 after I paid $150 to him. He didn't access the drain in the closest area to reach the clog. While I scheduled the expensive service I sought out another opinion and was able to have my issue fixed in less than an hour for less than $100 including a warranty and camera scan after. I chose Mr. Rooter because that's who my parents used and now will never trust Mr. Rooter again.

I had a burst water pipe in my garage late last night. Called for service today. Amazing service results! I am so happy and relieved and now I have a Go To Plumber that I will call for future projects and happily refer my friends and family their way.
