Jesse installed a new garbage disposal as an emergency request. He disgnosed our problem quickly and had it resolved for a fair price and very quickly. We will use them again.

Anthony with Quick relief was quick, polite and confident in what he was doing. He repaired a leaking toilet and a small gas leak. I will call quick relief plumbing again they were easy to deal with and everyone I spoke with was very friendly and polite.

Keith came over on Tuesday to inspect our kitchen faucet, which was leaking. He was able to identify the problem right away, and was upfront about how he could look for a replacement part, get it shipped (which would take weeks (we verified this with reviews of Glacier Bay)), and installed, but that would be more expensive than just replacing it. He gave us a recommendation of brands (Moen or Delta), and we were able to get one for him to come back out on Thursday to install.

He installed the sink in ~30 minutes, and was clean and efficient. We were able to pay by card, and we were even given a discount because of a scheduling miscommunication on our part.

We will definitely be using KP Plumbing again when the need arises!

I had gotten several bids to repair/replace a shower faucet valve - all of which involved removing/reinstalling several large tiles and costing low four figures. Travis was the only one to actually LOOK AT the cartridge and suggest I search online for a replacement that he could install without resorting to, as he called it, a nuclear option. With the part number he found and photos I took, I was able to locate the exact cartridge - under $40! I ordered 2, he replaced the one and coached me on how to do it myself if needed. Cost? Low three figures! Absolutely top notch.

Had Alex and Josh clean my drains they also came back and put some solution in the drains to help open them up.

Technician was very thorough and actually went the extra mile to get my sink working although the extent of the problem was more than I expected he did his best to get me going.

EDIT: After posting my original review, the man who came to do the work reached out to me personally to refund me the money spend on the labor. I feel much better knowing he did his part in apologizing and following through on customer service. I'm glad we got the miscommunication cleared up.

I recently contacted this company for a quote on my main water valve. We just bought the house and the inspector stated that the valve was leaking. I called Pierpoint in addition to a few other companies for a QUOTE ONLY. When we spoke on the phone, I told the guy who came that I just quickly wanted to resolve the issue and I needed to get quotes ASAP. Not only was he an hour late, but when he came, he started looking at things and touching the pipes. He just started working on the valve, clearing off corrosion. I just stood there watching, while I figured he was just looking to see where the leak was or what he needed to fix. He then stood up, said he needed to tighten things and that was it. It was $100 bucks for 3 minutes of, what I thought was, an inspection to give me a quote. I'm a new home owner and I felt extremely uncomfortable telling him that I didn't think he deserved $100 when all I wanted was a free quote. So I paid him uncomfortably. He did fix the problem, so I'm thankful for that, but I honestly feel very taken advantage of. A company should never belittle a client nor make them feel uncomfortable when they speak up about only wanting a quote and forcing payment for labor I did not authorize.

Kyle and his company, Devoted Plumbing, are simply the best plumbing company I've ever used! No one wants to have to call a plumber but Kyle makes it easier. I will never call anyone else!

Chris from True Blue was excellent. He listened to my description of the clogged sewer issue and quickly diagnosed what needed to be done. He explained his actions and was very specific about what caused the problem as he fixed it. He is definitely a credit to this company and the main reason we will call True Blue for any future work we may need!

Used them for 16 years, Moved to own house charged me $100 to tell me what I already knew.. Huge price to replace garbage disposal. Never again.
