We had a sudden need for plumbing help due to a leaky water heater. Bill Fry was recommended by another company. Bill Fry, the owner, worked with us to have a plumber come out the same day. Tyler, the plumber, was on site quickly and was able to fully resolve our problem in one visit- including running down a water heater which avoided a second visit. Tyler also helped us replace a defective InstaHot unit that we had previously installed. We've now had two visits, both resolved our issues completely and now we have a new plumber. Altho 5 days to come for repair due to prior freeze in area and other emergencies, came on time and fixed problems immediately. Service man Danny was polite and friendly. Explained all work to be done and reasonable. Have used them in the past. Experts in their field. Highly recommended for this area.

Very prompt service on initial phone call for my clogged kitchen sink drain. They were not able to auger out the issue so they had to schedule out a second visit to jet out the clog. They came in for the second visit and were able to clear the issue. They were very prompt and pricing is comparable to other drain service providers in the area. Would call again in the future and would recommend to others as well.

Great company, had plumbing emergency on a Friday where the main sewer line got backed up in the house. This was the only company that would come out on same day before the weekend.
