I have used this company quite a bit over the last 8 years or so. They are consistently professional well beyond expectations. They show up when they say they will and they stay until the job is done. They have strict requirements for attire and professional conduct that really set them apart from the competition. They also send you an email with the repair person's picture and a short bio for safety purposes once a service professional has been dispatched. Today, Angelina was dispatched to my home to handle two leaky faucets in my master shower. She was exceptional and went to great lengths to make sure the work was done correctly and to my satisfaction. She was polite, kind, and considerate. I've been using Joe for about 12 years. I've been impressed by his knowledge, honesty and quality work.
On my first call, Joe drove through a blizzard of more than 6 of snow to fix my furnace. And through the years has shown his troubleshooting ability in keeping my old system humming. Recently Joe and his crew did an excellent job installing a complete new system (Locating the components during the time the supply chain/COVID shutdown made it almost impossible to find)
I highly recommend Joe. His type of experience and personal interest is rarely seen nowadays.
