Here are my notes I hope they are helpful.Gave me another resume to fill out, which asked for previous pay. They actually read the first resume and made references to it.Talked with Sparky and JJ, both are great sales men. I get a little under 1/5th in pay after parts, which leaves some with 6 figure paychecks. Every job is to leave 3 options for work worth doing at the site. Selling surge protectors seems to be a strong idea, will probably do that myself at a likely lower price when I go into business. (and install one in my house.) Maybe steal the pay idea as well but change it to affect company profits instead of price, if possible. (Would need a computer program for that.)Online showed both positive and negative reviews on pricing. Ambushed employee after interview and job seemed ok from that angle.Need to leave review about how pay is done. Based on reviews it sounds like it charges customers lot's due to pay system, but I never saw the pay book to be sure. As long as work done properly is by skilled people trying to do a good job then this is good.Mentioned that I report issues up chain of command eventually to city officials if issues persist, never really heard back from them after. But boy was it a fun interview, better than any HR I've ever talked to.Rating for customer view based on what little is known and negative reviews showing people without the electrical (or social) skill needed. To be specific -1 price, -1 price but not all skilled (based on other reviews) From the employee side this is possibly a 4 or maybe even rare 5 star job.

Mike is extremely timely, knowledgeable, and professional. Does excellent work for a fair price (much more reasonable than other companies we've used). Goes above and beyond to make sure the job gets done efficiently and done well. Class act!

Anthony is the best and we've used him a lot. He's replaced water heaters, sump pumps, and faucets for us, installed a RO system, and ran a gas line. We couldn't be more pleased. We only use Quick Relief Plumbing for our plumbing needs.

Farzad was one of the best service men i have ever had in my home. He was very polite knowledgeable and explained every step of the process. Presented options and was honest with me about my choices and wasn’t price driven. He made sure you understood what he did and any suggestions that he saw along the way or advices of things i should look out for. Farzad will now always be my first call!!

Annually, it is must that we have professional services for our A/C, furnaces, and duct exchange. These guys are always helpful and we have never been unsatisfied with their service. They always come on time and always provide great experience. Thumbs up for you!

Had Above and Beyond Plumbing install a new tankless water heater and they did a great job. Wanted to make sure that everything was working correctly. Josh and his staff did a great job. Would recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I would Never use this company! Having encountered one of their drivers in a white panel van on I-35 yesterday, at about 5:30pm. From the Bond Bridge to the I-29 exit, he was driving like a complete lunatic. Swerving in and out of lanes and causing multiple cars to swerve and slam their brakes to avoid him. I hope this guy was experiencing explosive diarrhea, some level of excuse, at least. I left a very 'colorful', full of profanity message on your general mailbox. I hope you will know who this was. I also hope this was not the actual owner of your company. This was witnessed by many other commuters. I hope you received more calls than just mine. After he had caused me issues a few times, I shut him down nicely and let him know he was number 1. I hope this driver stays off the roads. It's pretty sad that one person has caused this review. Probably not a good idea to drive like a lunatic in a company vehicle, covered with your company information. I was still shaking and furious when I left a very nasty message in your general mailbox. I sincerely apologize to whomever had the displease of hearing it.

Called and asked to speak with someone. The answering service told me no one was available. I said I would call back and she said No use, you'll keep getting me. So I thought about just leaving a message and she said Are you going to leave a message or not? CLICK. I don't do rude. Unacceptable.
