Best Repair And Replacement in Kansas City MO

My A/C wouldn't cool the house, so I called Anthony's this afternoon. They were able to get someone out within 3 hours of my call. My starter (or whatever the real name is) had gone out on the A/C. They had it diagnosed and replaced in less than an hour. I'm very happy with my tech, James' work and the company as a whole.

Great team they didn’t come too early, so I didn’t have to wake up to a machine in my back yard tespectful to mine and my neighbors property.worked well and and diligently. Had a complete sewer line replacement with minimal collateral damage

I have had an issue with my main line backing up into my basement for 3+ months and have had 5 different plumbing companies out to try and figure out the issue. I have two stacks in my basement and each company that came out inspected what they called the main stack. One company told me it was tree roots, another told me that the line was broken and needed to be replaced (so I replaced 5 ft of pipe in my backyard... $$$) and the others told me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with it (yet the main line continued to back up into the basement).

Finally, I ended up calling an independent inspector to come out and look at my lines thinking that because they didn't do repairs, they would be more likely to give me an honest assessment of my plumbing situation. They also told me everything looked fine (yet the main line continued to back up into the basement).

Finally, I decided to call one last time and Precision Plumbing was dispatched. Thank goodness.

1. Frank and Kevin inspected BOTH stacks. No other company has done that to date. The other stack had a cap on it that was difficult to access but that didn't stop these guys.

2. Everything was thoroughly explained to me along the way. I will admit I know next to zero about plumbing so this was beyond appreciated.

3. Blankets were placed down over my carpets. I can't believe I am saying this but this is the first company to even put a barrier down between their machines and carpets!

4. They fixed the issue. After 8+ visits from 5 different companies, Precision Plumbing took the time to actually diagnose the issue and they fixed it.

I am beyond grateful for these Frank and Kevin. You guys did an awesome job!

I was referred to Michael Covington by my former employer who said MIchael was the best plumber they had ever worked with. After using Michael to fix several plumbing and water heater issues in my old house, I would completely agree. Michael does great work, he's professional and he's always been on time. He's also very reasonable when it comes to pricing. Highly recommended.

We opted to decline repair services because it was so close to the cost of totally replacing our machine. It wasn't until I declined the all of the services (including the discount plan) that he explained the breakdown in a way to show just how affordable everything would have been. Just poorly communicated and in the end it seemed as if the initial quote was meant to pressure us into buying the plan.

They replaced a toilet control earlier. I had a leaking problem. It was fixed but found it was slowly leaking again. They returned found I had a crack in a permanent piece. Found a work around. As always were great individuals to work with. Enjoy their coming even though not always why the have to come.

My old water heater broke and I called a few places to get estimates. Chase was by far the most informative and responsive. His estimate was also very competitive. He installed the new water heater today. He was prompt and his work was excellent. He even made a few improvements over the original installation. He left the area clean after finishing the job. The final price was a bit less than his original estimate. Great work at a great price from a kind and caring professional! Thanks Chase!!

Called Saturday night for a Sunday morning appointment. Peter showed up and was able to clear the clog quickly. I highly reccomend this company. 7/5 would use again.
