Had an issue with my AC, turns out I needed a whole new furnace and AC unit. From start to finish this company was great to work with. Brook came out to do the service call, Jake was my sales rep, and DREW and TANNER did the install. All of these employees did an exceptional job and represented their company well. Bill installed a dishwasher for us and during that time he noticed a plumbing leak and fixed it right up for us!! that way moving forward we would have NO issues with our new dishwasher or the Leak! Thank you Bill and Team!!

When we moved, there were several plumbing items we had to bring up to code on our old home. Quality Plumbing took care of these issues quickly and at a reasonable price so we could get our house listed and sold. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who has plumbing needs.

Called Saturday night for a Sunday morning appointment. Peter showed up and was able to clear the clog quickly. I highly reccomend this company. 7/5 would use again.

Call out was $128. Our disposal was not working and he fixed with with an wrench in about 20 seconds. Still, it was fixed and I did not have to purchase a new disposal. But $128 seems steep for a couple of minutes. That aside. Allan was very professional and helped me out with a clogged faucet head too...so that was nice. I'd call them again if I needed a plumber.

We had a mixed experience with Mr. Rooter. Erron Butts was amazing. He was informative, patient, positive, and reliable. Things were not as smooth with one of the crew members who came to replace our house trap. He told us we had a collapsed line, and the collapse was too far out to try to clear it with an auger. We had another company come to give us a second opinion, and they were able to immediately clear the line with an auger, as the clog was just due to tree roots and only 40 feet out.

We recently moved to the area and called Pierpoint Plumbing to help with our faucets. I appreciated their knowledge, expertise, and integrity. They were honest and helpful and reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again!

Tarik was awesome! Very professional and friendly! He's the type of guy that I would trust in my home at any time. Tarik was very fluent in basic usage of water heater in our home. Would highly recommend! Seem to be flexible of service time windows; even with late hours. Wasn't cutting corners to get the job done early. Was very aware of up to date codes. Will keep True Blue on my list of go-tos!
