I have used this company 3 times over the years and they are great at what they do! Everyone is very courteous, efficient, do quality work and I know I can trust them and count on getting things done right the first time! Ike came today and just like everyone else I've met he is awesome; thanks for your help!

I am surprised that this company remains in business. Their technicians love to schedule appointments with you directly, then perform a no call and no show. You rinse and repeat this cycle a few times before you get frustrated and call the main company office. This is where it becomes more interesting. The office manager will proceed to yell at you and claim that you are lying about what has happened so far. Note: This is all before you ever get to have a technician arrive and before you problem can be resolved.

It has taken five (5) days worth of runarounds, constant lies, being yelled at several times, and several days worth of time off from work with no technician and the flooding within the premise continuing. Save yourself countless hours - no days - worth of hassle and find a firm that actually cares and respects their customers and one that will be interested and timely in solving your issues.

We will be using this business for future needs.

We just bought our house & our water heater was 30 years old like our house! Travis was on time & did an awesome job installing a brand new water heater! Very impressed!

Independence plumbers helped me with an emergency pipe burst in my kitchen. They were quick to respond and were very reasonably priced. They even cleaned up after they were done. I will definitely be using them again for future plumbing needs

Showed up at early end of time block. The basement was gross & backed up. Plumber was nice, wore a mask per my request, cut out the roots out of the sewer drain, then made sure the backlog was cleared and gave some advice for not immediately reclogging the drain before leaving.

Great work. Will be the first one called the next time. Pleasure to have them in my home.

We needed immediate service because our water heater stopped working. It was a huge inconvenience, and we couldn't wait much longer. We gave Plumbers 911 a call, their operator was kind and friendly, and in less than an hour, Doug arrived to help us out. He resolved the issue fairly quickly, thanks for saving our water heater! Glad we didn't have to buy a new unit!!!
