The gentleman that replaced our water heater were some of the friendliest and good working people I’ve had do something to my house. The quality of work the did was spot on and they even fixed stuff that was done by previous owners incorrectly to make our system better and safer.

This guys came to my apartment to install a sink. I had already paid installation fee and they are charging extra fee. They say the extra fee is because I bought a different kind of sink. Instead of calling me before installing they went ahead and installed so they can charge me. Very terrible people. Do not reccomend them at all.

We had a copper pipe burst in our basement on a Saturday afternoon (pipe freeze). Pierpoint Plumbing in Kansas City, MO promptly returned our call the same day and offered to repair it early Sunday morning. Plumber was very personable, did a great job and also provided valuable advice to improve our installation in the future. Work done included burst copper pipe replacement, replacement of outside faucets with new freeze-less anti-siphon faucets, installation of ball valve, and easy drain valve indoors in the basement. Charged a competitive amount . We warmly recommend Pierpoint Plumbing Company and will gladly hire them again in the future.

John and his crew replaced a waterline for me. I had multiple plumbers out to bid the job and they were either insanely high our they would bid and then stop returning my calls or in one case just not show up after scheduling the repairs. John and his people were a huge relief. They were super responsive, they got the job done and all within a few days of the bid. I was very satisfied and will always use them from now on.

We had a clogged kitchen sink on a Sunday morning. Roto Rooter told us someone would be at our house from 2:00 to 6:00 in the afternoon, but Justin (700) actually arrived a little before 2:00. He was quick to get the job done, but still thorough. He was also very personable yet professional. It was a relatively painless fix to an otherwise annoying problem.

Very good service doing the clean-out on my main sewer line. They were competent and the two men did a very good job for me. I give the technicians that did the work 5 stars but I think the company is a little high for their fees. However, they show up, do the work in a good manner and provide some additional service with their fee. I recommend them. I also like the 24/7 service. I will use them again.

I have hired Jerry for work at multiple residences and he has been nothing short of spectacular. He has installed a water heater for me. He has run a new gas line out to my deck from my basement. He fixed my water pressure issue. He even walked through my newly bought house and told me about any plumbing issues or maintenance he recommended that I take care of. He has always been incredibly responsive to questions including a text about a frozen pipe over this last winter. I would recommend Jerry to anyone. Amazing work.

Thanks to Bryan for coming out on a Saturday night and fixing my clogged drain. My only wish is that when the rep on the phone said someone would arrive after noon, it could have been a more specific time. I waited around until 4pm and then had to run some errands. In the end though, Bryan arrived around 8pm and got it done! Great work done! Thanks for coming out!
