This place is horrible!!!!! 4 hrs late and never even called. Wife called only to find out that they were not coming because the techs ( if you want to call him that) wife has covid. In the past these guys have shown up looking like drug addicts with no masks, no shoe covers and no professionalism what so ever.

Service tech was very professional but friendly. Answered all our questions, gave good advice. We're pleased with the savings we've seen with our AB May service contract. It's comforting having priority service in an urgent situation. Will use AB May again.

The gas company turned our hot water heater off because of a backdraft at the flue. Bill said it just needed to heat up a little, and he was right!!

We had a leak in our 15+ year old water heater. I called Chase and he was able to come out that morning. He answered all my questions and was able to remove our old water heater and install a new one that day. He was very knowledgeable about the different building codes around KC and took the time to share with me how to increase the life of my new water heater with some simple once a year maintenance. I will call him if I have any future plumbing needs and would recommend him, especially if you have water heater problems.

We noticed a wet spot on the wall in the basement one day, had to leave for 3 days for a work trip, came back and the wall was still wet and mold was starting to spread.

I called the Plumbing Pro and left a message that night. The next morning, I got a call back from the company, and Danny showed up that afternoon. He fixed a pipe coming from our tub that was leaking. I had a few questions about our sewer drain, which he checked for us, and a few questions about our kitchen sink. He patiently answered all our questions. I don't even think he was here for an hour. Our issue is fixed and I felt the price was fair.

Woke up to realize our furnace had stopped working overnight. Not ideal for early January and 3 small children in our house. By the end of the afternoon, Quality Mechanical had someone there to fix the issue. Super easy to get in touch with someone and they got to our house the same day!
