Fast, friendly service! Our kitchen faucet was broken and they visited on Monday and had the new faucet in by Tuesday at 11:00 am.

We noticed a wet spot on the wall in the basement one day, had to leave for 3 days for a work trip, came back and the wall was still wet and mold was starting to spread.

I called the Plumbing Pro and left a message that night. The next morning, I got a call back from the company, and Danny showed up that afternoon. He fixed a pipe coming from our tub that was leaking. I had a few questions about our sewer drain, which he checked for us, and a few questions about our kitchen sink. He patiently answered all our questions. I don't even think he was here for an hour. Our issue is fixed and I felt the price was fair.

Poelma Plumbing and Construction have done fascia, cement walkway, retaining wall, sod, and other repairs along with plumbing for me. They are dependable. When they give you his work days, he is there working on those days. He takes pride in his work and in doing it right. His prices are fair and he keeps the work place neat. Quality Plumbing has been out to our house twice now for separate issues. Both times the dispatching staff and the technicians that arrived were courteous, punctual, and explained things in a manner that was easily understood. I never felt like I was being upsold service I didn’t need and actually had one of their technicians explain to me how I could fix some of my issues for free without having to call them again. We will definitely be using them in the future!!

The gentleman that showed up to replace our water heater were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were professional along with being quick for installation. Would highly recommend this company.

Update 4 Aug 2020: Zach and Lane came back out to install a single basin sink for us and did such a nice job that I felt I should show the work here. Ignore the old sealant (I asked them to leave it so I could do a little cleanup of our counters as a whole). Stunning install and took less than two hours.

We have an older slab house with plenty of mature trees. Keith came out on a Saturday and cleaned up our drains no problem. He even took a couple of moments to give our dogs a little love. These guys are great!

Very pleasant and helpful receptionist. She set the appointment for the next day, and then she called when there was a cancellation to see if I wanted the technician to come sooner. He came on time, was very nice and finally FINALLY got my drains cleared. I'd reccomend KCPlumbing Pro, based on my experience with them.
