They are so knowledgable and honest. We just had another company come out the day before for our hot water heater. The other company told us we needed to get a new one. I had a feeling he wasn't being honest. I asked around .I was referred climate control.it end up costing me 100.00 fix. I can't say enough good things about Midwest Water & Sewer! I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. You won't regret it!

I WAS WITHOUT WATER FOR ABOUT A MONTH A WATER LINE HAD BUSTED AND CAUSED MY BASEMENT TO FLOOD. JOHN THE PLUMBER WAS A REFERRAL FROM A FAMILY MEMBER. ON JULY 28th 2021 MR. JOHN AND HIS WATER LINE CREW SHOWED UP IN THE MORNING AROUND 9am AND WAS DONE AROUND 1:30pm. THEY MADE MY DAY. MR. JOHN AND HIS CREW IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE WHEN IT COMES TO ANY PLUMBING NEEDS I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS CREW.

The first time I used this company about a year ago, they were on time, communicated and did great work.
Tried to use them again. Set up a time for them to come, I did not hear from them at the time they stated. So I called and said they were running behind but would definitely be there before dark. I waited and never saw them or received any type of call back or communication.

I started using Bristol plumbing recently and have had such a good experience that I now recommend them to my clients! I felt compelled to leave a review because recently I had a client who had a potential sewer line claim. Another company came out and told her she needed extensive work on her sewer line and it would be $13,300 to fix. I encouraged her to get a couple estimates and opinions from other plumbers before determining next steps. Mike the owner of Bristol plumbing had one of his guys out immediately and the problem was fixed for a few hundred dollars. My client was beyond appreciative. Thank you Mike and Bristol plumbing! As an insurance agent having great resources for my clients is so important!

Very knowledgeable and professional… I was informed & updated through the whole process and very happy to be educated as a home owner.Harley was very thorough and found the issue after going through a lengthy process. The issue was something I would of never been able to figure it out.Now my CFMs are back in the optimal range so my A/C is functioning colder than ever. A power surge reset thermostat to default and I had no way of getting into the system to check.Very happy and I will always call Harley back for any future repairs needed.

Bill is FANTASTIC! He fixed our hot water heater when we were in a real pinch then circled back with some overdue maintenance. All was preceded by approved estimates and completed without an extras. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bill!

Gave them a call at 12:30 and by 12:34 called back and came to my house at 3 o'clock. Unclogged a basement drain. Friendly, professional and reasonable pricing. Will use again when needed.
