We've used CPS twice. They've always been upfront on pricing and get the job done. They are also respectful while visiting our home. They've fixed a shower leak for us and theyve installed a dishwasher for us as well. I've used other plumbers in the past, but none gave such a positive experience like this.

I had AB May come diagnose my air conditioner… they quoted me 4300.00 for a new compressor. I went a whole summer with no air conditioning. Turns out there is nothing wrong with my compressor, it was out of refrigerant.

Happened to find this company online when my water heater quit at 7pm on Thursday night. He was there by noon Friday, able to work me in to have it resolved in less than 24 hours.

Had Anthony come out and check out our hot water heater. After being here for less than 2 minutes he told us that we needed a new water heater. We had already been out of hot water for 4 days. He had his guy out here today at 8:30 am and we now have hot water. Thanks 🙏 so much to both of you guys. We definitely will be using you guys again.

Replaced our leaking water heater and did an excellent job. Quality work and parts, not cheap builder grade. Great guy to work with!

They pulled out toilet to fix the drain. They splattered my walls with sewage, tore up a piece of molding and spread the wax ring all over my floor and carpet. They also scraped he rest of the wax ring from their boots or something on the brick planter in my backyard. I learned that when I sat down on it. They did take money off my bill but my house was just remodeled and the damage and 2 hours we spent cleaning up after them was ridiculous. The owner told us that Mr. clean would remove the stains but it didn't. The bathroom will have to be repainted and a piece of trim replaced. It will cost more than they took off of the bill.

I called Tuesday afternoon for an appointment the got me in at 8:30 the next morning. Allen was on time very knowledgeable about what was going on he talked me through all the steps. He also very professional all in all very good experience. Thanks Allen

Independence plumbers helped me with an emergency pipe burst in my kitchen. They were quick to respond and were very reasonably priced. They even cleaned up after they were done. I will definitely be using them again for future plumbing needs
