We called Anthony after the HVAC in our new house iced over on a hot day. The service tech claimed our system was basically empty and that we had a large leak and would likely need a full replacement. To their credit, they got someone from the sales team out the same day to do an assessment and make a recommendation for a replacement system. My wife was home during the initial service call, and I was home for the sales pitch later.After the assessment, the Anthony sales rep recommended a $14,000 complete system replacement. Given this was a large sum of money and the HVAC was only 5 years old, we opted to get a second opinion and contacted our home warranty provider. Their technician came out and pointed out that the system would be unable to freeze over if it was basically empty, - there has to be some freon in the system to freeze in the first place.After searching for a leak, the warranty tech was unable to find one and concluded the system had a slow leak somewhere. He suggested we could refill the system and see how long it lasted - that was well over a month ago, and our existing HVAC is working as expected despite the triple digit temperatures we are now experiencing. Our total out of pocket cost for the warranty call was $85 vs. the $14,000 quote we received from Anthony. Even if they have to refill the system annually, that's a long time before it becomes cost effective to get the replacement system.After discussing the entire experience with my wife, we concluded this was an easy cash grab attempt from new home owners and a woman who handled the initial service call alone.I'm very disappointed this entire contact with Anthony and will not be recommending them to anyone I know who is looking for HVAC service in the future.

We used them to repair our neighbors wooden fence, which was destroyed by our tree during a storm. He showed up on time, and did a great job. The fence has dog ear pickets with a scalloped top. Turned out great - our neighbors love the results. I took a chance with a company I had never heard of, I was impressed! I will be calling them to do more work in the future.

Found these guys after having razor rooter come out to look at my collapsed house trap. So glad I used them instead. Good price , good workers who know what they are doing. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

We needed a plumber to fix a clogged drain in our kitchen sink. We had already had another plumbing company out to see us TWICE and they could not find the problem. We called Bristol and they were very accomodating. Mike was on time and very professional. In a very short time, he and his coworker fixed the drain, cleaned up and I felt like they were very reasonable with their fee. I will definitely call them next time we have any plumbing issues. I highly recommend them.

Jesse installed a new garbage disposal as an emergency request. He disgnosed our problem quickly and had it resolved for a fair price and very quickly. We will use them again.

We had a leak in our 15+ year old water heater. I called Chase and he was able to come out that morning. He answered all my questions and was able to remove our old water heater and install a new one that day. He was very knowledgeable about the different building codes around KC and took the time to share with me how to increase the life of my new water heater with some simple once a year maintenance. I will call him if I have any future plumbing needs and would recommend him, especially if you have water heater problems.

Bottom line: Friendly, knowledgeable and did quality work at the best price.

Came over quick for an emergency unclog later at night. Was professional, and got it done for a very fair price. I would recommend him to others 👍🏻

Really professional and hard workers!

They pulled out toilet to fix the drain. They splattered my walls with sewage, tore up a piece of molding and spread the wax ring all over my floor and carpet. They also scraped he rest of the wax ring from their boots or something on the brick planter in my backyard. I learned that when I sat down on it. They did take money off my bill but my house was just remodeled and the damage and 2 hours we spent cleaning up after them was ridiculous. The owner told us that Mr. clean would remove the stains but it didn't. The bathroom will have to be repainted and a piece of trim replaced. It will cost more than they took off of the bill.

Allen was on time, told me exactly what he needed to do and the total cost, got the necessary parts and completed the install with no issues. Even unclogged a floor drain that I had no idea was clogged. Draining the old water heater made the clog quite apparent. Nice clean installation, hot water again!

The men did a great job of replacing my sump pump line, would recommend them for any Plumbing work you need done.

Goldens is a great company, they are very nice from answering to cutting the check,
They were able to fit me in the next day or be accommodating to our schedule whatever we needed.
I have used them twice now and I will use them again.
Great company if you are in the Lee’s Summit area even better if you are in the Oak Ridge Meadows area like us!
