Plumber Colton arrived promptly to replace the water spigot in front of my house. He skillfully managed to get through the stone masonry on the front of the house to remove the existing spigot and install a new spigot of improved design. I was quite pleased with the installation.

My tech was intelligent, easy going, and very respectful. Checked my new ac unit for any issues and did a full diagnostic test. Highly recommend KC Water Heater. I manage several properties and have replaced WH myself and had many plumbers replace them. KC water heater knows what they r doing, goes the extra mile on every install and tells you upfront ALL the costs. No surprises and honest.

Keith came over on Tuesday to inspect our kitchen faucet, which was leaking. He was able to identify the problem right away, and was upfront about how he could look for a replacement part, get it shipped (which would take weeks (we verified this with reviews of Glacier Bay)), and installed, but that would be more expensive than just replacing it. He gave us a recommendation of brands (Moen or Delta), and we were able to get one for him to come back out on Thursday to install.

He installed the sink in ~30 minutes, and was clean and efficient. We were able to pay by card, and we were even given a discount because of a scheduling miscommunication on our part.

We will definitely be using KP Plumbing again when the need arises!

So far they have been super friendly and listened to what we are wanting. We are still waiting on an estimate and on whether we use them as a company or not will update soon.

Update* we got a bid back!! Prices are fair and the time frame is reasonable. Mark has been very friendly and helpful and upfront and honest.

Travis came the same day of our call. We always ask for him. He is great answered every question and helped me with a water handle problem . He replaced our garbage disposal and also checked 2 of our slow draining sinks. He also made sure that our kitchen line was clear and fixed the faucet that was running slow. They were able to fit me in the next day or be accommodating to our schedule whatever we needed.
I have used them twice now and I will use them again.

Was the only service that was able to come out today. Came on time, friendly and got the job done quickly

Our A/C is working but not well. It’s taking over an hour plus to get down to 76-77 degrees. Spoke to someone at 830am expecting to have to schedule for tomorrow or later this week which is fine, we would manage until then. Surprised to find out they could be here this afternoon, maybe early afternoon is what I was quoted. I was also told I needed to turn off my A/C in case it was something freezing up. I asked if I could wait for a bit but was told it’s best to do right away. We turned off our A/C at 830am. By 3pm we hadn’t heard anything. Again, understanding it’s busy summer season, but just trying to determine if it would still be an appointment today, I called. My house was at 90 degrees and I have small kids and pets. If they couldn’t make it today, that’s fine and I’ll just turn on my A/C for the night. I called just to explain I was okay waiting til tomorrow if they were behind but in the middle of my sentence I was interrupted by Shannon “ma’am we are very very busy today so what’s your address?” Very rudely. I understand it’s busy and that maybe she’d had a bad day. However, I was rudely interrupted before I could even explain reason for the call and pretty much dismissed immediately. I was so put off by the behavior that we ended up canceling the service and calling another company who was here within the hour.

I just want to say Thanks for this company coming out to the rescue for my sump pump PIPE before the freezecome in! Bryan did an awesome job in fixing it, had another company out yesterday and said they COULDN'T Fix it and said you can go get this part and that part and I'm like ok, I'm NOT a plumper myself so I had to make a call to the professional.... I will never use the other company AGAIN! J.F Denney are the right ONES!
