Best New Installations in Kansas City MO

I don't know how this company gets so many good reviews. The experience I had so far has been very frustrating. I gave them 2 stars because my first interaction with them was good, responsive and on time, but after that I have been trying for 2 days to schedule someone to come back to replace the themostat, and every scheduling rep gives me a different answer. First rep on Thursday at 3pm says he cannot schdule me because I first need to talk to the Estimates team to accept the cost of the repair, and that they will call me right back. Friday at noon, still no call back. I called, and I talked to Jennifer who was able to give me the estimate (why the first guy didn't give it to me), and she say she can schedule my repair, but needs to call me right back. She calls back at 3:55pm I missed the call, got a voicemail with her direct line saying to call her anytime and leave a voicemail that she will call me right back. Left a message, but no call back. It was Friday ay 8:30pm and still need my AC fixed.I called again and a new person says not to worry that she will schedule me for Saturday, just wait for the call at 8am and then stay around that they will let you know 30-45minutes when the tech is arriving. Very frustrating because it is my mom's birthday and we had to cancell ALL plans to stay in the area waiting for that call. Today is Saturday, I called ay 9:49am, and guess what?? they said I am NOT in the schedule it all!! After I cancel ALL my mom's birthday plans (the AC issue is in her house). They said again, they will send a message to dispatch and put me on the schedule and call me right back... but still no call back... and to be honest... not sure if I want to keep playing this game. Something that kept conssistent and never failed among all reps, it is ALL of them (including the technician who made the initial visit) pushing to sell me the service plan, which I GOT and PAID for but now, I am just been ignored.... Most likley I will cancel that plan, this company is NOT serious or they reps are very bad trained!

We recently had a 32 year old A/C that bit the dust. We purchased a replacement unit and AB May installed it today.. They were timely ,personable, efficient, and cleaned up well. It is working very well this evening. It was a great personal experience, as they explained what they needed to do it and answered our question and we answered theirs. We met with the Sales staff on Friday and on Monday it was done. What more can you ask for?

If you want to spend $939,00 for a new disposal this is the guy to call! Never again

He was detail oriented, trustworthy, diligent, very knowledgeable, and proactive. He was always ready and willing to share with me insights, tips, tricks, and explain the decisions of his work as well as what to look for in future maintenance. His focus and experience with water heaters really showed in what he did to resolve issues that I didn't know existed and at no extra cost.

Very affordable especially for the top quality job he does. He left the work area cleaner than he found it. Was on time, and verified in advance before his arrival.

An example something he does that goes above and beyond:

Chase collects a database from all his work on the brands and issues of every water heater he works on (with client permission). This database allows people to see which brands actual lifetime of use have been, problems they had, and other factors. This allows people to see real results vs just the claims on the sticker.

I highly recommend him for any and all water heater related needs.

Poelma Plumbing and Construction have done fascia, cement walkway, retaining wall, sod, and other repairs along with plumbing for me. They are dependable. We needed a new sump pump. I found this company on Angie's list after seeing their ratings. I was pleased with Allen's professionalism and insight about the product. His reassurance on their customer service for problems that may arise was comforting. The previous sump pump company we had was very disappointing in regards to their costumer service.

I am a real estate agent and I use Pierpont as a referral to a lot of my clients as I trust him with my own stuff. They recently installed a sink in my garage and fixed a reverse osmosis system that the last plumber I used, royally screwed up. Highly recommend them.

I just want to say Thanks for this company coming out to the rescue for my sump pump PIPE before the freezecome in! Bryan did an awesome job in fixing it, had another company out yesterday and said they COULDN'T Fix it and said you can go get this part and that part and I'm like ok, I'm NOT a plumper myself so I had to make a call to the professional....
