Kameron Pennington was my tech today who came to my home to troubleshoot problems in our washing machine. Kameron was excellent. VERY informative. Unfortunately the outcome was to buy a new washer. But Kameron gave us some great advice on a new machine to buy. Every tech should be like Kameron!

I have used True Blue 3 times and they have done a great job and responsive. I do wish that they would offer a better discount for veterans and seniors since our incomes are limited.
